Delivered here. Staff is really outstanding , caring and friendly. I was at Medical City Arlington and the staff is just there to get a paycheck to say the least. Will be only using Arlington Memorial.
Don't know why this place has 3-stars. The entire staff here was very friendly and good after I was hurt in a car wreck. I don't recommend getting in a car wreck, but if you do, this is a great place to go.
This place treated me like a king ! I went in for a double Abdominal hernia operation and stayed overnight the staff were so nice from my pre OP check in to being wheeled out the truck when I left I truly cannot Express the amount of great care I received.
My daughter was being treated today @ AMH and Thao (hope I spelled it correctly) she was walking by with a patient and asked if I was cold. I am not even the patient. It did not matter to her. She went the extra mile "just because". Fyi: I was cold..lol. Ritz Carlton @ Arlington Memorial..Thanks Thao..
Do they have vending machines like snacks or soda or snacks and soda?
My mother-in-law (Rubye Stewart) was taken to AMH emergency 05/04/19 With chest pain and shortness of breath. We didn't wait long before Dr. Cash came in to let us know the results of her EKG. She had a heart attack. She was admitted to the heart hospital floor 5 room 5025.EVERYONE was so caring. Roxy, Mary, Posie, Domanique, Dr. Lenhoff, Dr. Patel, Dr. Mims. Hat's off to you all. I know I'm leaving a few out. But everyone who took care of her from 5/4- 5/9 were absolutely AWESOME!Last but not least Alma!!!! What a God send. I never seen in a hospital where an individual could be so personable and caring. We LOVE Alma! Please recognize those caring loving people know that they made a difference to Rubye Stewart and her family. We love you & God Bless ❤
I had my baby here last week and I had a great experience, from check in, to my cesarean procedure, to the recovery room and postpartum. I really enjoyed the anesthesiologist, Dr.Tang; he made light and fun conversation during surgery. All of my nurses were very friendly and listened and treated me with respect the whole time I was there. A couple of them stood out, Jessica and Michelle were my favorite! I know if I become pregnant again I will be delivering here. I was a little nervous because I’m from Michigan and this was my first Texas baby, but they definitely exceeded my expectations!
We had to go the ER last night. The facility was clean and orderly. The staff was very efficient and friendly. We were in and out in just under three hours. We were happy to have a smooth experience for the circumstances that brought us here.
I had an amazing experience at Texas Health Arlington Memorial yesterday. I had a same day surgical procedure. My nurse Alycia Byrd and other staff members took excellent care of me and my wife. The staff are patient, courteous, and are detail oriented. They made us feel at ease, informed and guided us through every step of the process. I wish I could give them a 10 star review instead of 5. I highly recommend this hospital.
I was very iffy about choosing this ER. But I decided I was going to give it a try. Finding a good doctor is always hit or miss... Doctors and nurses are usually understaffed, overwhelmed and overly tired. Now, I know that is not our fault as the patient but that is the price the doctors and nurses are willing to pay to ensure they help us in our time of need. They sacrifice sleep, meals, bathroom breaks, holidays and family time. They are expected to be open on Christmas, Thanksgiving and all holidays. They are barrated, cussed and screamed at daily and expected to smile thru that. Most days that don't get a thank you or any kind of appreciation for their efforts. They are overlooked for their good qualities and judged bc they have a tough moment....they have laws that govern them that we as patients don't have.... And yet they still show up. Thank you Arlington Memorial Hospital! From the moment I walked until I was able to leave I was only treated with kindness. I recieved excellent care from Eric the PA... (Since everyone complains they only saw a PA not a "real doctor")he controlled my pain and monitored my progress. His bedside manner was incredibly calm, kind and reassuring. He explained the treatment plan for the day and got things done quick. I had seen many nurses but the few that stood out were Jennifer she normally works in women services but was in the ER helping, Kara very knowledgeable, their was one that she didn't particularly work on my case but she was hilarious i think her name was Desha. Dylan the paramedic so so incredibly kind.. He really cares for advocating for patients... And Ms. Lesha.. The kindest soul that would listen and interact in conversation. I came in contact with many others and had only kindness out of everyone. Thank you for all the help. I was blown away and kept waiting for some frustration to come along... But I couldn't find a thing that warranted an unsatisfactory remark. It was clean and organized.. The way they do it is different but Im ok with them trying a new system in order to clear up all the congestion in the waiting room. Keep it up you guys! (The review was made on my fiances account.. This is Latashia Roberts) Blessed be!

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
