The people at the actual sleep study center was very kind and great. The employees in charge of scheduling are absolutely terrible at their jobs. It's extremely hard to get a hold as it usually goes to voicemail. I believe I left at lest 2 voicemails started on 4/23. They called me a week later on 5/1. I also emailed them after they sent me the packet with a question and they have yet to reply.

The room's where nice clean the staff was very friendly and very helpful when you needed something.

Danielle, daisy and alejandra were all wonderful and informative. They made my visit easy. Would definitely recommend coming here.

The facility was clean and the technician I had was wonderful. She explained everything that I wasn't aware of prior to my visit. That being said, I did not sleep well at all due so it will be interesting to see the results You should let people know prior to their appointment that you will use paste to place some of the electrodes. Thank goodness my technician offered suggestions to get the paste out easier. I apologize that I do not recall her name.

I honestly don’t understand how sleep studies can provide accurate results under these conditions. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst nights of sleep I’ve ever had. The setup made me feel incredibly claustrophobic, and the sheer number of wires and bands caused unbearable anxiety—something I don’t usually experience, which made it all the more distressing. When I expressed my need to stop the study and be unhooked, I was informed that leaving early would result in my insurance refusing to cover the cost, leaving me personally responsible. This policy felt more like a money grab than a genuine concern for patient well-being. It’s disappointing and disheartening behavior from a medical facility I expected to trust.”

After information was all approved by pcp and insurance it took nearly 3 weeks to get an appointment setup. I made multiple calls myself and finally after about 3 weeks I finally got a phone call to get the sleep study setup. The technician was good. I was given a business card to contact after 2 weeks or someone would be contacting me to go over the results. I never received a phone call from anyone on the follow-up test results. I had initially asked for a $100 refund on my co-pay and was told I would get the refund. To this date of 6/22 I still have not received a refund. The sleep study was done on 5/15. My insurance company was notified of this and they are currently investigating to find out why this happened. ON THE RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER IT DID NOT MENTION THE ISSUES: 1) AFTER PAPERWORK WAS SUBMITTED FOR THE SLEEP STUDY IT TOOK 3 WEEKS FOR A PHONE CALL. THE PAPERWORK WAS APPROVED BY HUMANA AND MY PCP AND SENT TO THE FACILITY. FINALLY AFTER 3 WEEKS I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FOR THE DAY AND APPOINTMENT. 2) THE MORNING AFTER THE TEST I WAS TOLD AT THE FACILITY THAT I WOULD RECEIVE A PHONE CALL FOR A FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT AND DID NOT RECEIVE A PHONE CALL. MY PCP HAS NO CLUE WHAT THE DOCTOR AT THE SLEEP STUDY FACILITY NEEDS ARE. THIS IS UP TO THE DOCTOR. POOR SERVICES, WILL NEVER GO BACK

Paid for first study in full and then got an Insurance EOB for it showing I over paid. Tried to call 2 days in a row about this only to get a voicemail that I would get a call back within 24 hours. No call back! Go to second sleep study and I am told I have to pay them another $600 with no response about the first $600 they have not acknowledged I ever paid or returned my calls from the last two days. I was sent home at 10:30 at night.

I give the Arlington location 5 stars because of Kelly, the sleep apnea tech who helped me. She was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. The room I slept in looked clean. It had a big TV, but the bed, on the other hand, was a bit stiff for my liking. Yet the bed did incline so you could sit up to watch TV. Be prepared, you will have something wrapped around your chest, and leeds/long wires are needed to be placed on your legs and head for testing. Which does make it even harder to sleep. I give my sleep that night an overall 1 star, I slept terribly! Also if you want more sleep go to the earliest appointment because they wake you up around 4:30am. Again, I have to say Kelly was super!!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Did a sleep study(never fun, but oh well) the rooms are very nice(hotel quality) and the staff is great. Speaking of, I hope you get Fran, who is a wonderful human being. Know you are in good hands with her!
