Not good. My left knee is bigger than R knee. I am in constant pain, cant walk, and have no circulation down my leg . Its been 2 yrs and things are worse for me. I just know something isnt right with my knee replacement. I am glad for those who had great outcome, but I am just 65 and can't work. You wouldn't know by the way I walk i am just 65. Have to see another doctor to see if they can correct the damage that was done by Dr.Dean
Wonderful experience with hip replacement. Very willing to work with my problems and work around them. He is kind, knowledgeable and proficient. Was surprised that a THR was relative easy to recover-not a lot of pain and able to move fairly soon. Definitely recommend Dr. Dean for hip replacements.
Dr. Dean is absolutely wonderful!! Just had rotator cuff surgery less than 2 weeks ago. He and his team are funny, easy going, answered every question my husband and I had. I would definitely reccomend Dr Dean to anyone.
Dr. Thad Dean should be commended for not only being an outstanding physician, but also having superior customer service. He explained in very precise detail what my issue was (the good and the bad), and his plan of attack. Today was my last follow up appointment, and my arm has almost returned to normal. His professionalism, attitude, and skills cannot be measured, as they in my opinion are "Priceless"! ...
I have been a patient of Dr. Dean's since moving to Ft. Worth in March 2020. From Day 1, I absolutely knew I picked a great doctor. I knew hip replacement was in my future but instead of just booking me for surgery we tried PT and he left it up to me when I was ready to schedule. I did have the surgery about 8 months later. After the surgery I had an allergic reaction to the glue used and they got me in to see him in no time flat. Since that time I have also had knee replacement with the other knee scheduled at the end of the year. The care he and his entire team took before, during and after both surgeries was nothing more than exemplary and know the third will be the same. They are very patient focused. I have nothing but the highest of compliments to him and the practice.
Dr. Dean performed my double knee replacement June 10, 2020. Before the surgery he answered every possible question I could have had. Post surgery, he has been there every step for pain management and just all around support. His bedside manner is impeccable! It is obvious he cared about my well being. He is a top-notch surgeon and I would absolutely recommend him for any of your orthopedic needs.
By his knowledge,demeanor,and professionalism
Dr Dean has performed my ankle and shoulder surgeries within the last couple of years. His bedside manner is excellent...cordial, funny, yet professional and informative. He has also performed knee replacement on my husband, Robert. I would definitely refer my family and friends to utilize Dr Dean's surgical and talented staff's services.
He doesn't know that a swollen Arm, Could be an infection! And maybe do a blood test to make sure!!!!!!!
He told me that my swollen arm was my normal? And it wasn't!!!!! My arm was infected badly. Why didn't he check for infection? My doctor now can't believe that he guess at what was wrong with my arm. And also told me he could fix my arm? My surgeon told me he can't fix it. The infection has been in my arm for months!!! I have to have surgery just to fix the infection!!!! Hoping I don't lose my arm. Thank you Dr.Dean Wow, I need to tell other people for there safety.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
