Physical therapy facility is really nice. But the therapist are not very hands on. The therapist sees multiple patients at one time. So to handle multiple people at once he has assistants that do my therapy. The assistants look like high school or college students. And they are not very well trained.

Won’t send clinicals to insurance for my MRI which has been rescheduled 3 times. Multiple attempts to speak to anyone have been met with voicemails and no returned calls. After not having insurance for a year it would be great to finally be able to get my knee fixed but it looks like I’ll be waiting a long while for any sort of communication.

Great place. I’ve been a patient at TMI Sports medicine for several years now. The front desk staff are always very welcoming, and the doctors are amazing. I’ve never left there feeling like I haven’t been heard. I’ve been fixed many times. They also have a Mansfield location that is very handy for me.

I drove 2 hours to get an appointment. Very well worth it!! Great staff, service, bedside manner. Everything was 👌

Dr. Hendawi is simply amazing! I went to him for a second opinion. After he looked at my MRI and Xray, he was able to tell me right away what was wrong. I knew instantly, Dr. Hendawi would be performing my surgery. I dislocated my rotator cuff, tore muscles, ligaments, tendons.... My shoulder was messed up. Dr. Hendawi, took his time in surgery and preformed all necessary repairs and now I am 2 weeks post op on my way to a full recovery. I can already tell the difference in my shoulder. Dr. Hendawi is beyond AWESOME! Very professional and excellent bedside manners.

Dr. AU did a great job replacing my knee. TMI has an excellent staff from the front office to the nursing staff. TMI also has a very good staff of physical therapists. I definitely recommend TMI SPORTS MEDICINE for anyone needing orthopedic care.

Very hard to schedule appointment. Everyime I call to schedule an appointment i have to leave voicemail and at the end of my message I don’t know to hit the pound key or huang up. I’ve done both but I never get a call back. It’s an awesome facility and doctors and rehab specialists but getting an appointment is a pain in the you know what.

I brought my son here to be evaluated to see if they could help him with back and rib pain. We were quoted $120 for the private pay price for the office visit plus the cost of any extra X-rays taken. We paid the $120 at the window prior to being seen as they said they required upfront payment for people without insurance. When we left we went by the desk to pay for the X-rays and we were told we were paid up. About a week later we received a bill for the $120 we paid plus the X-rays which we took back in to our second visit. When we checked in we showed the front desk we were billed a second time for the office visit and she said that was incorrect and told us we only had to pay the X-rays from previous visit and the $120 office visit for that day ( our second visit ) so we paid the $169 .. now we are being billed again for more money and when I called they said the actual office visit is $199 and the $120 is only a deposit and that we still owed extra for both visits !! First we had ever heard the visits weren’t the $120 we were quoted multiple times. I asked to speak to the billing manager who has never bothered to return my call. This place has extremely unprofessional billing procedures and basically told us they couldn’t do anything for my son at all and yet called us in for an hour drive and an hour and a half wait only to tell us my sons case isn’t orthopedic and they can’t do anything for him and now they are trying to bill us extra money over what their staff quoted for the office visit fees !

I wish I knew about this place for gel injections before I went to AOA in Mansfield. The staff from the time you step in to the overall care is outstanding! No wasting your time or money here like other orthopedic places in town. These place really took care of me. PA Nelson and his assistant De La Pena are outstanding. The clerk who assisted me in the front desk is truly a caring person. This clinic is now my new place of care. Thank you so much!
