Traveled more than 1.5 hours to get to this location because I have MRI anxiety and this was their closest location for open MRI. Staff was really nice, but noticed there was some lack of communication. At competitor facilities, techs will consistently check in on their MRI patients in between scan sets to make sure they are doing well; they will also advise in between scan sets how much longer til the scan is completed. At Touchstone, this communication was not offered. I think in general, whether you have an anxious patient or one that is unaffected, that extra communication is key to patient comfort.

Extremely Clean Environment! Friendly & KNOWLEDGEABLE Staff! I checked in at 7:15am for my 7:30am appointment. I was getting n my vehicle by 7:37am 🙂 Customer Service with #Speed #Professionalism👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 I highly recommend them, if their services r needed! 🫡

All the staff member was kind and courteous, however, when I asked for a detailed itemized receipt, she gave me a phone number to call for it. Like why can a customer get a receipt for the service they paid for upon payment?
