I was a walk in. They were busy and short staffed opened at noon and still was able to get us in by 1:30. I am so greatful and they did it with a smile.

After scheduling two appointments for both my kiddos, they were able to see them both at the same time. We only waited for about 15 minutes then we were sent to the back everyone back there was super chill and straight to the point we were in and out of the clinic in exactly an hour. I come to this place all the time whenever my kids pediatrician is close, and it was so worth it due to the outcome of their appointment.

The nurse practitioner (blonde lady) who my daughter and I saw was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a doctors office. We waited 2 hours and when she came in she said - “I didn’t check the strep test I’ll be right back” came back 20 minutes later said she was positive but she thinks she’s a carrier so it will always be positive no matter what (which I confirmed with my pediatrician today that’s not possible and a carrier will only show positive when actually positive not show positive 247) but I told where we have been here now nearly 2.5 hours and I don’t want to test again and her response was “whatever you’re not the only mama here with a sick kid” I said excuse me?! And she said never mind I don’t want to argue with you, then my daughter fell and busted her lip open and she gave me the paper and walked out. Lady needs to be fired

The weekend is always difficult when your child gets sick. You dread going anywhere other than your pediatrician office which are unfortunately closed on Saturdays! I was able to schedule an appointment online quickly Saturday morning. I showed up an hour later for my sons appointment and the service was friendly, extremely quick and professional. Beth the provider had phenomenal bedside manner and took the time to listen to both me and my 3 year old son! We were able to get the medications we need and this by far was the smoothest and most positive pediatric urgent care visit I have experienced. Thank you for being such a valuable resource to our community!
