On 7/25/26. Extreme Pain and swelling on face. Found out it was shingles. Got 6 prescription sent to pharmacy. 1.5 hrs later They were ready, no pain pills. After several calls and visits. Got all but pain. Next day call USMD. The Doctor I seen was not there so I have to pay for another emergency visit to get pills. UMC acknowledged they were the reason. But still no pills without a new Emergency room visit, even though they know I didn’t get them. Not a good look for a Hospital.

The surgeon was 5 out 5 for my wife surgery on 6/15, but as for communication during and post was very poor and no one would give straight answer. After her surgery staff nurses took hours to give anything for pain, stated they were waiting for orders and they had new system which appears the doctors and nurses didn't understand or were competent.

Always a pleasant experience! Teresa at registration is warm and welcoming. Mary Beth in pre-op very attentive, thank you. Missy in recovery is awesome. Jill carefully got me out the door. What a Team!! Blessings

Was having problems with my ears with ear wax where msa failed came here they cleaned my ear and gave me medicine for my infected ear good job Dr wright

Comfort was amazing. She was not only very informative, but also showed so much compassion. She treated us like real people. We left there with smiles on our faces because of her. The entire team took great care of us and gave us much love and respect. We couldn’t have asked for more.

I love this hospital! I had to bring my son in to get stitches- we were in and out in about an hour! Dr Razaq was great! He asked about my son’s comfort every step of the way, as my son was anxious about the pain. Tracy RN was so kind and got him triaged right away and cleaned up. Devon RN was smiling and helpful as she got supplies. Danielle RN got us discharged in record time and made sure we knew about wound care, when to get the stitches removed and how to follow up. Such a great team! Thank you for being awesome!
