I suffer for years with back pain and was terrified to have surgery. It wasn't until it completely put me down I had the privilege of meeting Dr. Patel. Surgery was done in 2018 and I am pain free!!! Highly recommended!

The reviews do not misrepresent! Dr. Patel is the best there is for back and neck pain. I initially went to him for long term sciatica and he recommended easing into treatment. Two weeks later, I severely herniated my L5 and began deteriorating quickly into complete numbness, losing feeling in my foot and excruciating pain. Dr. Patel quickly advised me of my options and what my risks were - he never told me I had to do anything which was very important to not fell bullied into any option. He got me into surgery quickly (even during covid) and my surgery was a miracle of relief. Aside from all of that, Dr. Patel is a joy to speak to, 10/10 bedside manner. Dr. Vishal Patel did an amazing job. I suffered for so long and went to many other doctors unwilling to see past my age and the idea of other conditions but Dr. Patel was able to help me and did an amazing job with my surgery and after care. His entire team is professional and delightful to speak with. They helped put me and my husband at ease before and after my surgeries. Dr Patel performed a micro discectomy on my L5 S1, and the results were not short of miraculous. I could walk immediately after surgery after not being able to even stand or sit on the toilet for 3 weeks. I was nervous going in but him and his staff brought me peace of mind throughout the whole process. I am pain free now thanks to Dr Patel and his team!! My husband has had back issues for years. 2 back surgeries at Cleveland Clinc Ohio. No success. Then told nothing could be done for him. A friend told us about Dr.Patel. We made an appointment, which was within a week. He took his time with my husband. Got all the facts, seen MRI. Seen that my husband did everything possible to try & get relief from pain. He said he could help him. He was so confident ( not errigant) and we just knew that he was the one. My husband had extensive back surgery done, but even with that, it was only the surgery pain he felt. Not the back pain he had going into surgery. He had his surgery September 2021.
