Very very poor customer service here. Christy is rude very unprofessional and need some sensitive training on how to talk to people. Omar needs the same exact training. I highly do not recommend this place to anyone at all none whatsoever!

HORRIBLE experience overall. If you purchase frames and lenes from them you better like them, because they DO NOT REFUND incorrect prescriptions. It was my first time trying out glasses and transition lens and I made sure to ask wether they would be refundable if the script was off or if i didn’t like the transitions. The manager assured me that I would be able to return them and get a refund of I had any issues. The day I picked up my glasses I knew that they were not working as they should. Also my frames were bothersome after wearing them all day. I called the office and they made me an appointment the next week. When I showed up the manager told me that I would have to eat the cost of my lenses even though they weren’t correct and didn’t work properly. I then spoke with Dr.Reneau and he told me there was nothing they could do but check my prescription again, so he did a quick check on a machine not a full eye exam and just said that my prescription was correct and that they could only swap the frames not the lenses. They insisted that i would need to pick out another frame in the store but i would have to keep the same prescription with no refund for the transitions which were VERY expensive!! One more point, the paperwork states nothing about the lenses not being refundable and that I had 30 days for them to be REFUNDABLE if I had any issues. They are a privately owned business so after speaking with the doctor you are unable to escalate the situation past that point. Save your money and NEVER go to this establishment, if your unhappy with what you get you are just throwing away your money. I am out $250 for an incorrect prescription and for purchasing lenses from them. Take my word and avoid this place!!!
