I have been seeing Dr.Diaz for about 8 years. He is so attentive, never rushes our appointments and truly cares about our conversations. Even moving over an hour away, I still see him once a month. Unfortunately, I do agree with other comments about the staff at Wellspire. They are not easy to deal with in the least bit, but Dr.Diaz's patient care makes up for it.

Dr Diaz is great, really appreciate the time he takes for each patient. The Wellspire office staff is pathetic. NEVER return phone calls despite the fact the recording for referrals say they will return your call within 24-48 hours. Rude and abrupt on the phone with little effort to assist.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Diaz for about 10 yrs. We are both very please with his practice. He's the best family doctor we've ever had.

The office and staff are awesome. The place is Clean and tidy also. Dr Diaz is awesome. His service to his patients is wonderful.

I have many health issues and am waiting to see dr Diaz so they put me to see the pcp and all I have to say is nothing short of amazing!!! She listened, was super sweet, professional, caring, just made me want to cry for finally after a couple years of not being able to settle on a practitioners office being able to feel the relief of finding a great place who will listen to your concerns and care about your health 😍😍😍

Went to see the doctor for an annual physical exam and walked out with a bill for $500+ dollars for lab work for both my husband and I that should’ve been covered under insurance but because they used the wrong lab not covered, I now have to pay for something that I shouldn’t have had to pay in the first place. Have never had this issue seeing any type of doctor ever in my life except when I came to this office. Called the office to see how this mistake was made and was basically told there was nothing they could do. Extremely unprofessional! If I had known I was going to have to pay out of pocket for it, I never would’ve had it done. Will never come back to this place...they will rob you blind and skirt the blame to someone else

What I look for in a doctor is someone who takes the time to listen to what I am saying and does not seem to be in a hurry, but truly is looking out for my well being. A doctor that not only recommends a plan of action but one who is willing to take suggestions. See to be successful in any diagnosis of health you have to have a Doctor Patient partnership. I see all this on each visit with Dr Ismael Diaz. I recommend you take the time to see him the next time you need a great Doctor.
