I recently moved to this area and I called today with a question and whom ever answer the telephone was very rude and inpatient. If I could give zero stars, their rate would be zero.

I would leave no stars. Horrible experience the staff was extremely unfriendly and didn’t care at all about my wife being in pain. Do not come here. They take your money and insurance and don’t treat you. My wife went in for head and neck pain. They did nothing to help her. It’s the worst experience I have had dealing with a medical care facility.

WOULD DEFINATELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I have been sick for over 2 weeks. 2 neg covid. Aches, fever, severe h/a ,severe sinus pressure , green drainage,continuos cough. Yep I got a steroid prescription . No antibiotics. NADA Horrible Dr well a DO Kenneth Todz. Also he said I had the flu. Absolutely zero tests were given for the flu or anything else . KENNETH also refused to give me his name. It is Kenneth Todz . He is a D O .He spent 20-25 seconds in the room total.

The only thing good about this place is no wait time, as it should be. Because the the health providers here really don’t care about you. You’re better off going to an ER at a hospital because they don’t have any necessary tools to properly treat you at this facility, nor will they do anything to help you. Went twice, both times they were rude, not helpful, and missed a life threatening emergency the second time I went.

I took my child here on 11/13/2022 for a horrible cough , we went around 7:30 the front desk lady was a black lady she was rude and told me she wasn't going to check my 3 year old child in to see a doctor , I ended up speaking to doctor and they eventually seen my baby , when we went to the back to see the doctors they checked my baby and said it was a cough they didn't test my baby for the flu or Covid , 3 days later my baby still had a horrible cough I ended up taking her to urgent care and she was positive for the flu . Long story short DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE LAZY AND DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR CHILD HEALTH
