Urgent Care Mds - Humble/Atascocita/Summerwood's Online Review Report Card

A year ago this facility was a perfect place to go. The last 2 visits I’ve had have been horrible. I went in with back pain and received prescriptions and an X-ray. I waited for 4 hours for the pharmacy only to be told it was never called in. I’ve spent a week waiting for results from the X-ray, I finally called and got a non concerned receptionist read off my results. Extremely unprofessional. I will not be giving anymore business to this urgent care.

Worse patient care I have expreirenced at an urgent care. One of the nurses/helpers was very rude, was laughing at patients, and has no bedside manner. I would not come back.

My husband was having sudden onset back pain. Usually we use Kingwood urgent care but this place is in front of our neighborhood so we decided to go there. It was 317pm and they closed at 4pm. When my husband walked in the female Caucasian nurse stated"guess we're not getting off at 4." My husband asked what she said and she ignored him. I then filled out paperwork and gave them our insurance card. The black male took them and stated they can't verify our insurance so we would have to pay 130. I said fine I just wanted to help my husband. Then 10 minutes later he states I would have to pay over 400 for all services rendered because he didn't think my insurance was accepted.What he didn't know is I confirmed my insurance was accepted prior to going there. My husband said let's go.I told them I have never been turned away from needed healthcare with valid insurance and I guess they will be getting off on time after all. We left. I have worked in healthcare for 15 years you don't treat people this way. Please drive to the next urgent care this place is a joke. Their staff is not interested in helping anyone.

i was told that i couldn't be seen without having my insurance ID on me. I asked if she could look it up with my social and she said no. Now i am being told by nurse friends that she lied. it was near closing and i guess her going home is more important than helping people.

There is nothing urgent about urgent care. Two hours to get x-ray results. Really!!

This Urgent care was AWESOME! They were very knowledgeable nice, the entire staff from front desk to the doctor. My family and I will be back!!

Staff made me feel comfortable, no wait time the doctor was fantastic.

Heather peach was very helpful when I was waiting to see the doctor for my abdominal pain and slight dehydration! I’m happy the doctor diagnosed me and gave me medicine to help! Heather helped me get the info I needed to transfer my lab work to my primary care physician so I could have follow up!

Terrible experience. Would NOT recommend. Waited an hour and a half for a doctor to come in for 2 minutes and then send me out. He had THE worst bedside manners. Did no assessment on me or on the problem I came in with. Did not introduce himself. No name tag. I didn’t even know he was the doctor- I just had to assume. He told me it was his first time ever being at this facility- that he lives in Sugarland then continued to bash this area of town saying he would NEVER live here.I was literally looking up other urgent cares in network of my insurance while waiting to be seen. And will probably still make an appointment elsewhere.DO NOT COME HERE. I cannot think of a single good thing to say about this place.
