Jennifer is great, the other dude is a joke. He's definitely the smartest guy in the world. His snide remarks are not great in his setting. I have insurance. If I'm feeling sick, which I never do, I'm going to my primary. If that can't be had, I normally would go to Integrity. After two visits with this dude who basically acts like I'm wasting his time, I'll be gladly going elsewhere. Ask if Jennifer is there if want TRUE care. No integrity otherwise. I'm tempted to contest my latest $14.50 bill.

Integrity Urgent Care ROCKS!! I want to give a shout out to Dr Jennifer Williams, 👩⚕️ 🏥 Rylea, Caysie and all the staff! If you are feeling poorly, this is a great place to go! I called & made an appointment, came in filled out my forms & was able to be seen quickly! Very efficient & friendly!!

This place is a joke. I've heard from others how bad this place is and can never get to anyone. Today we experienced for ourselves as my wife took my son up there at 11:30 and they told her they couldn't see my kid until 6pm. My wife had to drive to tyler for my son to be seen, she drove there had my son seen, drove back and got his prescriptions and back home before 5pm. Urgent care in athens is not urgent at all and claim they are understaffed but it seems to be their norm everyday. GO TO TYLER

I made my appointment on line, filled out my paperwork. When I got there I just had to check in and be seated. It only took a few minutes I was called back. Within 30 minutes I was leaving after being diagnosed with strep and they called in a prescription to my pharmacy. I definitely recommend them.

My grandfather was having a common medical emergency and came in to get checked out. Was given a muscle relaxer, ended up in the emergency room with a stroke. It could've been diagnosed properly. He would be not be in the hospital for the last week! Called Friday Dec 30, with no return call! Don't go here if you want good care.

My visit was ok. I don’t know if the young lady that saw me is a RN, PA or what. She never said. She was very sweet and tried to make me comfortable but I was not comfortable with her diagnosis and treatment.
