I have never been to a better pediatrician! She is a great lady and the kids love her! Would recommend 100%
I've been Dr. Coker's patient for many years, since she started her practice in Athens, TX. Every time I visit with her, she is upbeat, she listens, she cares, and she is knowledgeable and encouraging. I lover her!

We used Dr Coker for the past several years with both our young children. Sadly we will not be using her or the UT medical arts clinic any longer. Although she is very friendly and personable she Is incapable of diagnosing anything other than a ear infection. She shrugs every office visit off as nothing is wrong and doesn’t take anything seriously. We have had more success diagnosing our children on google and by taking them to other doctors. We used her “service” as a doctor so we expected her to be a doctor, not a chatty bank teller. The medical arts clinic forgets to turn their phones on regularly so reaching them to set an appointment is difficult. This has happened on multiple occasions. They also refuse to let you speak to the dr on the phone or have the dr return a call. Maybe I’m old fashioned but for the price of the medical bills I want to actually speak to the dr and not a secretary on important medical matters.

She takes time to listen to us and has a plan of care.
Dr Coker is amazing! I have used her now with two of my grandchildren and could not be any more impressed with her as a doctor or friend. She remembers little details that a huge difference. Also when first child was sick, she actually did research on his symptoms and had another doctor confirm just to make sure she was right. I was impressed that she took the time to make sure her diagnosis was good. Thank you Doctor Coker and staff. We love you all!
She is such a good Dr. And her staff is awesome too.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
