Saw Dr Bright for kidney stones a week ago. He ordered a CT scan and it was scheduled for 2 pm today. Went for the scan and was told they cuod not do it because they needed blood work first. So I am still in pain. Don't understand why they didn't call me for the blood work. Guess I will have to go to Mother Francis.

I have been seeing Dr Elphar for almost 10 years he and the nurses and the PA are awesome people always friendly and Dr Elphar did a surgery for me about 2 years ago i see The Dr 1-3 times a year depending if I have issues going on but I call today 6-30-2020 and I was told that I owed a bill from 2012 and I have no idea what they are talking about the receptionist told me this and said I owed over 300 dollar charge first I don’t even think I saw the Dr in 2012 second why would the Dr see me 100’s of times since then and never bring up this money I owe and I was told the Dr would not see me unless I paid the 300 dollars from some bill they couldn’t really tell me about what it was maybe 2013 or 2012 that’s just crazy and I can’t believe those office people are that heartless that they would treat me this way I have been on disability and Medicaid for 9 years they’ve always paid my bills I have no idea what this is and they want me to pay off 300 dollars for a bill I have no clue about that’s have if my social security check I’m just in shock and very disappointed I was treated this way

I've been here many times for kidney stones. The staff is friendly and easy to talk to. Dr. Garcia has been my ranking grace as he's helped to alleviate the pain caused by my "stone factory." I highly recommend Dr. Garcia and his staff for all your urology needs.

I am very disappointed in this clinic. I took my husband here for a kidney stone follow up on a Friday. The staff was Supposed to call in prescriptions to help him pass the stone over the weekend to my pharmacy. I call the pharmacy, no scripts have been called in. I call the clinic at 2pm & its closed for the weekend. The answering service has no one on call I can talk to either. The whole purpose in taking him there was to get him medications for the weekend to help him with his discomfort. The clinic had no problem hitting my insurance with an office visit though. This was a complete waste. I cannot recommend this clinic. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Dr Garcia and his PA and the nursing staff that take care of my fiancee are awesome. I would highly recommend this place.

Staff is amazing and the doctors are very kind and understanding and they all laugh all the time and seem like they get along like a family. I was very blessed ... thank you urology center staff.

Staff was friendly but the Dr made me wait over 50 minutes in the exam room. I walked to the reception area got a refund then the Dr come over to me and I simply told him he was fired.
