I was investigated for a crime i was charged with ,when i should a ben treated for a blood suger reading over 500 !!! And i finily got up and walked out with a blood suger reading of over 500 .

If you want a speedy service this is not the place. My first visit I did not have a good impression I waited so long I was tired of waiting in the room I left. I can't say this visit is any better I have been waiting for over a hour and been in my room for 30 minutes I still have not seen a doctor.

I called twice to try and get appointment s after a week not hearing back we walked in and got appointments done with a Nurse practitioner and a Dr. but I have had so much trouble getting my referral done took 3 weeks. Now they have me scheduled to come back for a woman’s wellness visit when I already saw that Dr Oct 7th. All I need is a Mammogram, I do not need to see that Dr again. So frustrated!

Can you just call the office and schedule an appt? No!! Each doctor has their own scheduler and if the scheduler is out of the office you have to wait til they return to make an appointment. I've called 2 days in a row to try and get an ER follow up appt for my husband and appt for my mom so she can get her BP meds refilled. I messaged them yesterday and received message back that a manager would call me. Did a manager call me back? No. It was just another scheduler who made excuses, talked over me and was no help at all.

I was upset with this clinic and previously left a not so good review. With that being said they contacted me they were very nice and worked with me to get things figured out quickly! I am very satisfied! Thank y’all so much for working with me!

I called to get a prescription refilled on a Tuesday. I was told my doctor was on vacation and his nurse had taken off. There was no one to renew my prescription. They need to have a system in place to renew prescriptions when everyone is gone. Two days later, my prescription was renewed but sent to the wrong pharmacy despite my explicitly asking for it to be sent to a different pharmacy. The pharmacy that they sent it to is mail order and, even better, Monday is a holiday. I'll get it a week from now maybe. Edit....I called and left a message with the Pod Coordinator. Looks like order has been sent to the correct pharmacy now.

For me, they were great.I don't know if things changed in the last few months, but I seen none of the issues described.They were helpful, friendly, and caring.Yes my Dr used his PDF in front of me too. He used to find a less expensive medication to prescribe. He also checked the price at the pharmacy for me.I believe they do a great job and that care.Just remember they listen to people complain all day everyday they work. Yet they still appear to be positive, caring, and helping you.That take special people. They are our front line hero's.
