My Dad was admitted on 12/30/2021 and his nurses were Stephanie, Brenda P and Lucy.......greatest 3 nurses of all times while my dad was in there care. I really appreciate the care and the comfort they showed my dad while he was under their watch. My dad was in room 5A/B and the room was very big and very clean.
Awful front desk person who could care a less. This place is in dire need of a competent medical staff from top to bottom!
If I could rate this a 0 star I would. I use to love coming here due to living in the neighborhood right behind the hospital but when I felt ill and addressed my concerns the doctor Stace K. that was there yesterday morning on 12/27 was so rude I don’t even know why he is in healthcare if he could care less about what the patient wants. I had to assertively ask for a test to be done an after I did to be questioned an then have an attitude from the doctor for asking an then having the door slammed on the way out is very unprofessional. I will not be back an hope others aren’t treated this way with such disrespect from someone who is suppose to help. Once I find the doctors name I will be sure to edit my post to make others aware of his unprofessional behavior.
My four year old and disabled fiancé both walked into the er tonight with flu like symptoms. Nurse Amy called both my fiancés name and toddlers name to come back to the room. She put both of them in the same room and told me that I wasn’t allowed to come back. My fiancé is a disabled veteran with disorders and my toddler was back there, they both were supposed be allowed someone back there with them. Nurse Amy ( if that’s even her name) was very rude! I asked to speak with a manager regarding going back to assist with my family and said that I was going to complain so they let me back. My fiancé and toddler both tested positive for covid 19, Nurse Amy and Nurse Cindy treated us like monsters. Noel H was another one who treated us like monsters. I couldn’t even go to the bathroom because it was a problem with the nurses. As we walked out of the room and headed to the front Noel asked me what was my last name and I told him Wallace. Nurse Cindy behind the desk told Noel “Don’t talk to them they are “POSITIVES”. We don’t talk to positives! Noel then laughed and said they are all POSITIVES! They didn’t even refer to my family by their names!! In fact they were so loud telling the whole hospital that my family was positive for covid instead of keeping our business confidential!! This is against our HIPPA LAWS! Imagine just finding out you are positive with covid 19 and you are treated like animals ! I am livid!!! I will be reporting this to cooperate, the state and whoever else I have to about this emergency room! They all have nasty attitudes and don’t give a damn about their patients.
I went to the ER tonight because I had a fever of 101 and lower left abdominal pain. I have had similar pain in my youth due to ruptured cysts so got to where I ignored it. I am older now and mentioned it to my OB/GYN during my last visit. She said that due to my age now that is not what the pain is and if it happens again, get to the ER. So I have had fever off and on for 4 days but today woke up with the abdominal pain. I finally decided to go to ER. I don’t take a trip to the ER lightly. It was going to cost me a $1500 copay. But I know I needed bloodwork and an abdominal CT. I have had diverticulitis in the past and that is probably what I have. I probably have an infection, hence the fever. An urgent care cannot do the CT. I waited three hours in the waiting room. I was skipped at least 3 times during that time. When I mentioned it to the receptionist, I was told they take the most emergent first. How would you know who was more emergent? They don’t do triage!!!! They do not know my vitals or medical history. After 3 hours shivering with chills and in pain, I was done and left.
The hospital staff here is about as useful as a tick on a dog. Honestly, do not know how these people get to where they are, it truly is mind boggling. They cannot even handle minor heart/breathing issues. They also have a terrible attitude. Look at all the other bad reviews. It is just a mess and absolutely not worth the trouble and agony, unless you have absolutely no other choice. Just a circus of incompetence and flipancy.
worst experience i had. i took my sick daughter in, the receptionist was rude and didn't think my daughter was actually sick. they did not take our medicaid.. i paid my co pay and still billed 1,600 for a step test. DO NOT COME HERE. Billing has no idea what anything is.
Went for broken tooth. Gave me Orajell and sent me home.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. This place is a joke. Both of my parents, in their late 70s, went there to be treated for Covid. The doctor said there isn't anything they could do. They didn't draw any lab work, perform chest X-rays or even prescribe them anything. He said since their oxygen levels are in the 90s that they are safe and don't have pneumonia. Well 2 days later they end up in a different ER and have been admitted for over a week with severe pneumonia. They can barely breathe and oxygen levels in the tank. Save yourself or family and never go to this place.
I was afraid of a stroke because of high blood pressure. Doctor told me I was old and fat and gave me a prescription for Lisinopril. Then they did not file it as an emergency so insurance did not pay. I paid 1250 bucks to have a prescription. What a ripoff. Stay away.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
