Went there last night with my mom to get stitches and we were attended very quickly. The nurses there were very nice and communicated very well with us and handled my mom with care.
Do NOT go here. My son & his fiancé went in with 104 fever & we have good insurance and turned them down from being seen. Said covid testing couldn’t be done there and they would need to go to different hospital. Heidi & Elise was at front desk and turned them down with 104 fever very rude and unprofessional I thought they aren’t suppose to turn you down. I know for a fact they test there cause I just took my youngest son
Came here to get looked at and I got prescribed something 2 nurses and 1 pharmacist, and plenty of obgyn told me not to take pregnant. The doctor who prescribed me these meds kept closing his eyes and rolling them like if he was getting bothered by the questions I was asking. He seemed very careless so I had to look into the medication my self before trusting what he prescribed to me.He put me and my baby at risk for his careless action during the shift change.unbelievable.
This is really difficult, because I have two completely different experiences. The first time that I went, the doctor was absolutely superb, fantastic. Very thorough, with excellent communication and bedside manner. The second experience did not go as well. Specifically, the doctor appeared uncertain as to the proper medical protocol and did not do basic things. It’s unsettling when the nurse asks basic questions of the doctor and he’s not sure how to answer. This was a wound that needed cleaning and sutures, and I had to remove the bandage and properly clean the wound and surrounding skin that was tucked under the bandages myself when I got home.Kudos to the nurses who put up with my frustration with the doctor. I regret my frustration was correct. The next day, I went to a different ER for a second opinion because this was on my hand which affects my work. The wound was still bleeding and that didn’t seem right. Apparently the sutures weren’t installed correctly. The wrapping was incorrect (wet with ointment versus dry as it should’ve been for a deep wound). The fingers were not stabilized as they should’ve been. Less than 12 hours later the pain is gone.
Dont come here if you’re in Pain find some other place who can treat tou well for your pain im her twice in a day for My brother Kidney Stone pain which is unbearable for him still they made us sit for an hour and the urologist they suggested to follow up is also unresponsive and it is very Bad Experience
Great service when I was seen at this ER but be weary of what procedures are ordered. I went to the emergency room last hear August got a chest x-ray and some other tests performed. Today 2/1 I received a collection notice from Singleton Associates, PA for $6.80. I called the number listed to find out who this is from. I was told the radiologist is outsourced to another company who is in turn owned by Singleton Associates. I never received a bill for anything. A quick Google search for that company shows it's apparently something they constantly do. Never bill the patient then send to collections.
no star , dr. did not know want he was doing.and 250 first before they do anything .a joke this place is
I went to this emergency room for severe knee pain Dr. Malick and nurse Amy were so nice and caring. The Doctor listen to me and made a very good suggestion for me to try and I did. The results were amazing he didnt have to give me stupid pain shots that probably would not have helped anyway. my nurse was very kind and caring. My overall visit changed how I look at our Doctors their are still good caring Doctors and nurses in the world with good bedside manor. I learned to listen and try something new and it worked. Thank You Nurse Amy and Dr. Malick for being my Angels today.
Couldn't be happier with my experience at Baylor ER in Aubrey. I came in and was treated immediately. I was diagnosed with Rhabdomyolysis which required me to stay for 3 days so my kidneys could be flushed. Nurse Donna took care of me initially and was very careful and comforting, not cold and distant like you would think from a hospital. She and nurse Ryan helped me get settled into my new room. I then had the pleasure of meeting Nurse Beverly who would be taking care of me on the night shift. She was an absolute peach! Very calm and caring, she made me feel at ease during my stay (I'm not a big fan of hospitals) and made sure I was always comfortable. Nurse Tiffany was my day nurse and she was wonderful as well. I've never stayed overnight so when I ordered my meals I was unsure of what I could get. She made sure I had a belly full of healthy food and had me smiling and laughing the whole time. All the nurses were very personable and I truly felt they cared for my well being. The entire time I was kept informed of my progress and encouraged to ask as many questions as needed. They even went out of their way to print extra reading material on my condition to help ease my concern and understand the recovery process better. Overall I'd give 10 stars if I could. From the receptionist to the Dr visits I felt completely cared for. Bravo team!
Very clean and professional location... staff extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and empathetic.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
