This is not a doctor who seems to actually care. Rarely looks up from his laptop and discredits your symptoms. Definitely not recommended.

I echo those sentiments. I was told he’s burned out and dropping patients. I was sent a certified letter saying I was no longer his patient. This was after I was refused care and relayed I was disappointed.

Dr. Maxwell seems over-extended and burned out. Probably COVID-related. He’s always hiding behind his laptop which is unfortunate.

Dr. Maxwell seems more stressed since Covid-19 and quite short with patients. I would stay away until he cools off.

Dr. Maxwell saw my when I had the flu early last year. My doctor was on vacation and had seen me a week earlier, but I had become a lot worse (worst flu infection I’d ever had), and I am no youngster! Dr. Maxwell is a wonderful and thorough listener. He completely understood that I was having an unusually extreme case of the flu. He immediately walked me down the hall to get a chest X-ray, prescribed something to help my symptoms improve. I highly recommend this amazing doctor.

Dr. Maxwell is a caring and attentive doctor with excellent bedside manners. As a patient struggling with depression, addiction he was more personal in how to not be so tough yourself but gave tips on how to manage and get through these times. Dr Chase and I connected on a special level to have faith in these trying times. How many doctors take time to work through your mental problems as well as your medical ones?. When my blood tests were showing possible signs of a serious disease he referred me to one of the best hematologist. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and care of his patients. I have been recommending him highly to family and friends.!I am Carolyn Molash now residing in Austin, Texas
