List of Adam J Schneider's Reviews
I have been seeing Dr. Schneider for the last several years. This is my first and only review of any doctor from whom I have received treatment. What separates Dr. Schneider from other doctors is that he cares deeply about the overall health and well-being of his patients and not simply addressing the issue of the moment. I have found him to be insightful and knowledgeable on a broad array of medical issues, and I trust his advice and judgment.
Dr. Schneider provided me with excellent medical care for over 15 years. He is very conscientious, thorough, and has always shown genuine concern for my health and well being.
Excellent primary physician. I appreciate his thoroughness and help in researching a condition I had, and getting me in to see a specialist who found a new treatment for me to try.
Extremely knowledgeable and personable internist. Really enjoy discussing issues and having options for treatment. Doesn't just reflexively put you on a new medicine. As a physician myself, I have the opportunity to see who I deem is the best. I will admit that there can be extended waiting times, but there is a reason his schedule is full. Very happy to be with Dr. Schneider.
Fantastic x 15 years
Dr. Schneider is been my Physician and my family primary care physician for years. I referred my own mother and stepfather to be cared for by him. I'm a surgeon myself, so is my husband and I have sent a good number of friends his way. He's a "doctor's doctor." Many of the surgeons I know use him as their personal primary care doctor. He is an intuitive caregiver who anticipates problems and gives concise, thoughtful and very helpful medical guidance. Actually as I'm writing this I'm reminded that a few years ago he made an offhand comment that maybe my husband should have a colonoscopy. Apparently Dr Schneider documented this in his medical record. When we were applying for life insurance and disability, the insurance company required us to get all the testing that had been suggested and was documented in the records. Because my husband is too young to qualify for a colonoscopy based on screening guidelines, we had to pay out-of-pocket to get this test. Fast forward, during the colonoscopy they found a giant polyp which according to the gastroenterologist would've been invasive cancer by the time he was old enough to qualify for screening. No family history, no symptoms, a silent time bomb sitting in his colon. So I guess you could say that Dr. Schneider, in his typical intuitive medical Sherlock Holmes style , preemptively cured my husband of cancer. And there you go, the doctor's doctor.
Dr Schneider is a highly skilled and compassionate physician. His care has been comprehensive and caring. His breadth of medical knowledge and gift for healing are impeccable. Best internist ever!!!
Happened to google Dr. Schneider and saw this site's reviews. Frankly, I was shocked he only had four stars. The only legitimate beef I have with him is that it's *sometimes* hard to get an appointment for a physical and the wait time is *occasionally* long. If those are your main criteria for choosing a doctor, I'm sure there are some bad ones around who don't have a lot of patients. I'm sticking with the smartest and friendliest family doctor I've ever had!
One of the best primary doctors I have ever had. He takes the time to explain what the issue is and make sure you understand the way it can be treated. He also provides very good referrals for specialist. Honestly I have found that he provided more thorough examination and explanation than the specialist in most situations.
We have found Dr. Schneider to be top notch! He has a great bedside manner. We have had NO problems in scheduling an appointment with his staff! Dr. Schneider is VERY knowlegable and keeps up-dated on the latest information! His LVN, also is knowlegable and helpful!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
