I am completely pleased with the level of care I received from Dr. Cruz and with his medical proficiency. I was diagnosed with lumbar spondylolisthesis. He performed a three-level spinal fusion on me using the XLIF procedure. He explained that it was minimally invasive, but I was skeptical. However, I was on my feet the day after surgery and discharged three days later. My recovery was much easier than I expected and I am pain free. I am confident in recommending Dr. Cruz to anyone suffering from lumbar pain.

You can search a long time to find a physician like Dr. Alex Cruz. He is compassionate, communicates wonderfully and painstaking patient. If you are in need of an orthopedic spinal surgeon you most likely won’t find any better. He is thorough with the details of your specific case and I personally believe he has the medical experience and well-honed surgical skill to achieve the desired result.

Very sweet staff and Dr.Cruz definitely knowledgeable even though it was so busy he never made you feel like another number he just has to see you because your in some type of pain .he would ask detail questions and generally cares about his patients and what he does that makes a good doctor in my book !

The support staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Cruz is a good listener and is thourough when explaining possible procedures. No coffee and home baked pastries but i don't think that is a "thing" in any orthopedic surgeon's offices. So I'm giving them 5 stars and a thumbs up.

I had severe cyatica nerve pain, Dr. Cruz was great with medication 85% pain was reduced in two days. Remarkable! I recommend dr Cruz any time.👌

I have been in severe pain for over a decade and have seen many doctors, just to be told nothing can be done about it. I was blessed to find Dr. Cruz and he was the only doctor to take his time to hear me, examine me, answer all my questions and not rush me. He showed me my MRI and explained to me in detail why I was in so much pain and loosing my ability to walk. Dr. Cruz then explained the options I had to handle the situation I was in. He did not pressure me to make any decisions on the spot and suggested I think about my options and then give him a call to let him know what I decided. I have been to many doctors and Dr. Cruz is the only one who truly cared and took his time to help me. I have made my decision and I am definitely going with Dr. Cruz.
