Heads up, the sinuscopy cost me more than the CT did. Don't do what I did and assume it's an easy and cheap procedure just because it's done in office! Fairly good doctor though.

Dr Hewitt is down to earth and really listens to what you have to say. She spends extra time in the room if needed and makes sure you understand all the options. My kids absolutely love her!

Made an appointment and showed up just to be informed that the doctor had left for an emergency surgery and should take 40 minutes max. So I decided to stay and wait just to be told that she was just starting surgery and should take another 40 minutes, after already waiting 30 minutes. I would’ve appreciated if I was offered to re-schedule initially before having to waste 30 minutes of waiting just to be told I had to wait some more. I understand emergencies occur, but clinic should be more conscious of other people’s time as well.

I went to Austin Diagnostic Clinic to see Dr Alison Kartush. She was personable, listened to all I had to say, communicated information very well and asked all the right questions. I would definitely recommend her for Audiology.

Dr. Hewitt is a wonderful ENT that really listens to the problems you're having and makes sure she understands your symptoms fully. Moreover, she goes out of her way to explain why you're experiencing what you're experiencing and educates you in preventative care. I never felt rushed or as if something else was more important to her at that moment. I recommend her highly!

Dr. Hewitt has been treating me for 4 years, diagnosing my cancer, identifying the source, doing the follow-up exams. She knows what she is doing and does it well.
