List of Ally Medical Central Austin's Reviews
These folks are wonderful and their facility is excellent. I had been trying to tough it out through an infection that i believe was from a spider bite (It was a brown recluse doc!!!) and I hadn't been doing well for a few days. I thought I would just stick it out with fluids and NSAIDs but then my temperature peaked at 103 at around 11:30 on Thursday night so my wife took me to Ally Medical. It was super late but the staff on deck was so friendly and helpful! I have ahead quite a few emergency room situations before and every one has been a nightmare experience. Usually the staff is uncaring, doesn't really listen, and treats you like a burden but these folks were the polar opposite. Jackie and Sherrie were so nice! Dr Dieter and Nurse Tammy took excellent care of me and put me a ease. They have a lot of knowledge and were very empathetic to my situation. I almost wanted to pretend I was still feeling bad so i could hang out a little longer! If I am ever in need of emergency care, I know I will be back.Ally Med, Thank you so much!
Everyone at a LLY was knowledgeable helpful friendly personable there was no wait and yes that may vary for everyone but, Doctors were nice helpful upfront with everything and great on follow up with the doctors assistant
I cannot recommend Ally Medical ER enough. I've had some pretty terrible experiences with the US healthcare system, especially in ERs, related to some chronic health issues. I'd never previously considered using a non-hospital affiliated ER.I regret that. As many other reviews note, upon arrival I was met with immediate, attentive, compassionate care. Over the course of an evening I felt fully supported as my issues were investigated. The nurses and doctors I interacted with are some of the best I've met.I lived abroad in England for several years, where healthcare is universal and a human right, and whose National Health Service should be the envy of the US. My experience at Ally felt very similar to the attentive, professional, patient care I received in the UK.Ally and their staff have my thanks for the important work they're doing and the differences (big and small) they're making in the care of patients who enter their doors.
Great service!! Shoutout to John for hookin it up. I came in with a nasty lil ouchie on my leg and appreciated the hard work y'all put in!
Best in Austin. Fast, nice, proactive care. Very friendly to AISD staff.
Update 2: I spoke with the medical director and he was very kind, listened to my concerns and took me seriously. I was informed that the doctor who treated me terribly isn't there very often so I feel better about that as well. I feel like we were able to reconcile. Thank you! Side note: I was very angry when I wrote my initial review. I still stand by what I said about the doctor himself, but he doesn't reflect the facility itself as a whole. I'm giving 3 stars because I had a more positive experience here before, so I'm just averaging my experiences. 5 star vs 1 star if that makes sense. Update: I went to Austin emergency center where they had actual competent doctors and it turns out that I have gastritis, caused by buildup of acid due to my eating disorder that I mentioned. So weird how they didn't mention marijuana being a potential cause even once! Almost like the doctor I saw here was treating me as a child because of my gender, or perceived age. I know I look young but I'm a thirty year old woman and I wont be dismissed and condescended to. I'd give zero stars if I could. Just saw a doctor who condescended to me as if I was a 2 year old child and not a thirty year old woman. I come with bleeding from my belly button and severe abdominal pain, history of thin stomach lining and inflammation and a severe eating disorder; he tried to tell me it was because I smoked weed. What a joke. Incompetent uneducated doctor, who references a NYT article btw? How about a medical journal?
The emergency room is the last place anyone wants to find themselves, when you do have to go, please choose here. My boyfriend was attacked by a dog, from the moment we walked in they made us a priority and made sure he was taken care of. They were kind, friendly and empathetic. The biggest note of all and most people's reason for not seeking help is FINANCIAL. His insurance is through work and sucks, they had a $500 copay for this visit. They walked in and immediately told us they know it's high, they know that's a burden and since they are family owned they want to help. They slashed it in half without a question. We could have cried. Of course, they cannot do it every time but the fact that a medical company makes that commitment to you and puts your health first is RARE. Please support this place if you ever find yourself in need. I hope you never need them but if you do, this is where to go.
Very humiliating visit . Will never go back . I was put in time out . Guess it’s a new things for nurses to do . Lady with red hair is super unprofessional name Jaime . Than i was called by head people and was told “ nurse said diferente story than you and we don’t usually have covid patients Come to er “ than I was told well what do you want me to do fire her ?? I said no you could talk to her … all in all this place is trash Also carful because some of the five star reviews are people that I saw working there so they do put fake reviews ..
I'm not from Austin (or from Texas) so when I found myself needing to go the emergency room I was very scared of making the wrong choice. I am SO thankful I chose to visit Ally Medical ER. The staff treated me so kindly. I'm specially grateful to Elizabeth Hornacky for being such an attentive and caring nurse. I felt very safe and in good hands. I also thank Dr. Jeremy Kenter for his treatment prescribed to me and for letting me stay in the clinic until I felt comfortable going home. I can't recommend the staff members here enough. They truly care about their patients.
Are you looking for a genuine, trustworthy trader/motorship in Crypto, NFT and Binary options, then Ma'am Charlotte Campbell is the right one for you. I was looking for the best not until I read good reviews and recommendation about her. with her Great skill of Trading and Mining, she was able to make good profit of my first $1000 investment. I was amazed how she turned a $1000 investment into $5000 just within a week. at first i thought this was impossible until i give it a ty myself. I earned a very good profit and made my withdrawal successfully directly to my bank account with no hidden charges. If you wish to invest, kindly Contact her with the below details. Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
