I came in with an acute fracture on my right foot. Rachel and Jackie both welcomed me in and walked me through the paperwork. Amanda rolled me in a wheel chair to get my x-rays. Dr Nair checked out my foot, asked questions to understand what happened. He was super nice. Phoenix and Rain rocked my splint. Very good team and very nice!

The employees were the best. Starting with Cole at the front desk; the Rad Tech, Sherrie; the nurse, Mark and the doctor-Dr Dietert, they all were the best I could gave encountered. While at Ally Medical they made my being there as comfortable as possible. I even received a gift bag upon checking out to go home.

I would highly recommend Ally Medical! Their staff is incredibly friendly and they were quick and efficient. Cole got me signed in quickly. Herman was polite, when taking my vitals, my nurse Rain was so sweet and Dr. Bria was very knowledgeable and helpful. I hope I don't have to come back but I know where my go-to Emergency Room is now. Thanks guys!

Dr. Dorai,Jackie,Sherrie and Rain. The care I received from this 'team' was unbelievably amazing! Not to mention it was 4:30 in the morning! They were so compassionate and caring! They made a stressful/emotional time so much easier! I cannot Thank them enough for being such an amazing team!

I went in last minute at 5 pm on a Monday & was seen immediately & efficiently, the entire staff from start to finish was amazing & it's clear they all really care about your experience there which I have never seen in any other urgent care facility. I was treated and in the time it took me to finish an IV, I left with an entire folder of information and CD disc of my CT in case any other doctors need it in the future. Great staff, great location & facility, Its calming to know that such a great urgent care is in my neighborhood should my family ever have an emergency. special thanks to the staff members: Cole, Tawn, Jackie, Dr. Conroy, Keegan, & Rain

I had a severe ear infection and they listened to my needs and helped me out. Everyone is very friendly and I felt they really care about their patients. The establishment was very clean. From checking in and walking out the process was very quick. 1000% recommend coming here.

My girlfriend had a visit at this location the other night. We met Rachel, Cole, Dr. Arul and a few other staff members. The team was very nice and extremely accommodating 🙌

Everyone here was AMAZING! I was in Austin on business travel and came here after being turned away from 2 urgent care centers. The Jackie at the front desk got me set up quickly. Herman immediately saw me, and I was provided pain medication, as it was very apparent that something was seriously wrong. I had broken my arm, dislocated my wrist, and banged my knee. They got me seen, x-rays, and treatment in less than 30 minutes. Jackie provided me with the closest 24-hour pharmacy, so I could get my prescriptions filled. I cannot recommend them enough. Everyone was very professional and friendly.

I received excellent care by a great healthcare team today. They were attentive and very helpful. Dr. Lum, Jennifer, Tawn, Vickie and Alicia all did a great job.
