I was referred to the office of Dr. Amanda White with Ascension Medical Group, by my OB/GYN, and it has been such a perfect fit in EVERY way. Dr. White was friendly, interested in what I had to say, and extremely knowledgeable in her specialty. Each member of her team, both medical personnel and administrative support, was competent, proactive, and willing to answer any and all of my questions; even when I was the last appointment of the day. Dr. White was extremely thorough with her questions regarding my medical history and current issues, as well as the physical exam and additional testing. We discussed my goals for treatment, surgical options, and then she gave me the “Homework” I would need to complete in order to make our Goals my reality. I have had only positive experiences with Dr. White, thus far, and I am currently on her schedule for surgery. As a side note: in my former life, I worked in and sometimes managed medical/surgical practices, so I tend to have extremely high standards, up to which few of the medical offices with whom I have dealt, measured. Until now!

This was my first Appointment with Dr. A. White, the whole experience was Amazing from making the appointment through Referring PCP under urgent status was in her office the next day! Greeted by front office which is very kind/Professional/and wait less than 5 mins (helped that they emailed health History day before), the PA's did all the vitals, assisted me with All the Concerns I needed to discuss with Dr/Specialist Amanda, she spent over 20-30 mins with me, explaining in detail, drawing on white board (Visual's are Everything!) I went in thinking Surgery was imminent, however after exam/tests that there was some inflammation that was contributing to the EXTREME Pain, her concern about me was very Comforting and her honest "No Rush to do surgery" while this exist was also a Major Plus in my decision to chose her as my Uro/Gyn. I look forward to a Successful process to fix this Prolapse issue. I would Highly Recommend Dr. Amanda B. White, MD and her Staff!! Thank you for taking the Anxiety out of my way as well. Have absolutely no idea! Waited on hold for over 7 minutes for a human...only to be told that I needed a referral, at which time THEY would grace me with a call for THEM to schedule me an appointment, when my insurance doesn't require referrals. If I have to wait months just to be seen, I'll go with a group that is more personable.

Pre surgery appt yesterday…de white is compassion patient …thorough… .5 stats for her!! I would highly recommend dr white to anyway seeking to find a great urologist!
