Dr. Campaigne is the best of the best! She is so nice and takes the time to walk you through everything, always making sure that you are comfortable and ready for whatever check-up or procedure you're going through. I cannot imagine ever going to any other doctor, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Campaigne!!

Dr. Andrea Campaigne has a fantastic bedside manner, which is why I was happy she was on call when I was induced. She performed a c-section on me on 9/12/2009 at St. David's Women's Center of Texas. During that procedure, she left a piece of placenta inside of me the size of a golf ball. For the next three months, I bled heavily and cramped so hard I could not walk. I called her office weekly to report what was happening. She would only see me sporadically, only to be told "every woman heals at her own pace" and "this often happens with first time moms. It's normal." During this time, she never physically examined me and refused to perform an ultrasound, even when the machine was in the room. In early December 2009, my period hadn't "normalized," so she gave me medication to bring on a period. This made the bleeding and cramping even worse. Finally, hemorrhaging, the placenta detached and came out of me while I was at home alone with my infant. I called Campaigne's office and was told to bring in the sample, which I did. When she saw it, she said it was probably a clot and denied it could be a piece of placenta because "I cleaned you out with my own two hands." She sent me home. Only when the pathology report came back over a week later did I receive an urgent call from Campaigne herself telling me that the sample was indeed "retained products of conception" - a large piece of placenta. By then, my bleeding had stopped. I was weak. I was unable to successfully produce breastmilk because my body thought I was still pregnant for three months after delivery. I had what I thought was severe postpartum anxiety with panic disorder. It was PTSD. My physical health has never been the same. The physical insult was so severe, it set off a string of infections and autoimmune/neuroimmune responses. Do not be taken in by her lovely bedside manner. By far the best Ob/Gyn I have seen in my 10 years of seeing a Ob/Gyn. Dr. Campaigne gives you all of her attention when she walks into the room. She remember what I did for work and asked how I was doing during these COVID-19 time. She took the time to let me talk about my concerns and my thoughts on the future. At the age of 28 I asked about freezing my eggs and was meet with a warm and positive response form Dr. Campaigne. She also provides one of the quickest and painless Pap smear I have ever had. Far from a nurturing doctor. She does not listen to you or your concerns. She rushes you and tells you she doesn't have time if you consult with her over the phone. I went one time to this doctor and I talked to her over the phone once and I will never go back. She is rude. Bed side manner is seriously lacking.

last time someone actually cared about my health was 20 years ago and it was my college coach who had a vested interest in my scholarshop fulfillment. she is so present in the moment you really feel like you are the only thing on her mind even though she is kairos busy. wish we could bottle up her secret - her eq skills, calming confident fun demeanor, genuine empath - and create a class for others to learn from...i would totally sign up for that course. made me and my husband feel super comfortable with an unexpected turn in the birth process and the new way of having to engage with care in a covid-19 world (baby born in march 2020)last time someone actually cared about my health was 20 years ago and it was my college coach who had a vested interest in my scholarshop fulfillment. she is so present in the moment you really feel like you are the only thing on her mind …More

Poor billing practices.

Refreshing to be seen by a doctor that is warm, open, really cares, and has time to have a conversation to get to know you personally. It makes all the difference. Dr. Campaign is a keeper.

Dr Campaigne is awesome. She does not rush you or discount your concerns or issues. She take the time to hear you out and offers her advice but has also offered up other possible approaches . I appreciate her experience and her ability to offer treatment from a holistic approach. I would follow this provider anywhere in the Austin area because she's that good!
