List of Andrew Ebert's Reviews
I was referred to Dr. Ebert by my employer who is a Physical Therapist. I was so impressed by the care I received in the Cedar Park office. Dr Ebert was thorough and professional. The staff was always friendly and efficient. Every appointment time I had was completed in a timely manner. Then, as a post surgical patient, the staff was always available for questions or concerns and returned phone calls very quickly. I was quite impressed with the individual care I received, both prior to surgery and post surgical. I also felt very confident in my care during the procedure which was performed by Dr Ebert and his PA. Having seen numerous post surgical incisions and scars, I was very impressed by the skills of Dr Ebert and Lauren. I am so glad that I entrusted the care of my foot injury to Dr Ebert and his staff.
excelente servicio!!!!!!
Dr. Ebert and every single member of his staff were friendly, prepared and professional. My wait time was less than 10 minutes after being joyfully registered by the sweet woman at the front. Riley recorded the reason for my visit in the exam room and was darling doing it. Pharrell (Lordy, I’m sure I am butchering this name, sorry!) swept me up and with his pleasant personality sprinkled me with humor while taking pictures of my foot and ankle. Staff in the back were friendly and helpful. And, finally, Dr.Ebert was professional, thorough and very easy to talk to. His open and friendly demeanor made it easy for me to ask questions, and he made a point to provide me with a variety of options to, hopefully, remedy my situation. All in all, a wonderful experience that I would recommend to anyone.
Appointment ran 45 minutes behind which is fine if I would have felt that I had Dr. Eberts attention when it was my turn. He left my room twice after being in there for 30 seconds to go check on other patients needs. Seemed rushed and overbooked. He didn't go over my MRI with me. He also didn't introduce himself to my husband who was in the room with me. The front desk staff was amazing. His MA also seemed overwhelmed and in a hurry. When I asked about her filling out my short term disability form, she said they only “grant” 3 months time even though that’s the amount of time for recovery. I explained I stopped working Friday (this was Monday) due to pain and swelling and I needed more than the 3 month period for them and she said they can’t do it. I’ve used short term disability in the past and never had an issue with this. No one smiled and it didn't feel welcoming. I work in the medical field myself and I always smile and give my patients my attention.
I had an extreme case, and Dr Ebert has done wonders. Still in recovery, but all is progressing.
My husband was injured on the job had to use different orthopedics but after 2 surgery’s still in a lot of pain and can’t stand for more than 4 hrs in a day, heard about Dr Ebert and after his surgery hes back to work can go hiking again with grandkids. The best . We thank them for giving us his life back
After a recent total R ankle replacement, I can say first-hand that Dr. Ebert is the best foot/ankle surgeon in Central Texas. He is thorough, explains your options in an easy to understand manner, and also has a keen attention to detail during surgery. His staff (Loren, PA and Holly, medical asst) are very helpful as well. I can recommend Dr. Ebert without reservation, but schedule early because he's very busy. (Also recommend Dell Seton Med. Center at the University of Texas for your surgery, if that is an option.)
They were very prompt in calling me in . The receptionist Jackie was very pleasant. The new patient paperwork is very easy to fill out. I had several X-rays ordered and it was very helpful that the X-ray dept is located in the same office. Dr . Ebert buses were very friendly. Dr . Ebert really took his time to exam my feet and explain my different options. He was highly recommended to me and I highly recommended that if you’re suffering with any foot problems that you make an appointment with him. Jackie Kotrla Taylor Tx
Efficient professional concrned
Dr. Ebert and his staff are incredibly talented. I am exactly 1 year post op and my ankle feels awesome. Most of the time I am completely unaware of my surgery. That said, I have some occasional stiffness which is normal and was expected. I recommend him with no reservations!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
