He is an incredible talented colon surgeon who recently performed my surgery, and i couldn't be more impressed with the results. From Initial consultation to the post operative appointments, Dr Miller went above and beyond to address any concerns and questions I had. During the surgery Dr Miller exhibited remarkable surgical skills. I felt very secure that i was in very good hands of such a capable surgeon. In the hospital stay he took very good care of me. He is very carrying and kind person. I am very thankful for his help!

I had a small but uncomfortable procedure with Dr. Andrew Miller. He walked me through details about it and volunteered to postpone my procedure because he knew I won’t be able to enjoy my weekend plans if I had the procedure scheduled. Later, he did a fantastic job on my procedure and I healed very well. I found him by looking up reviews and he’s been above my expectations!

Dr. Miller and his staff were an absolute pleasure in the midst of a painful and uncertain rectle issue. The morning of surgery every nurse assured me that Dr. Miller was the best and that post opp pain management was his specialty. After having a hemorrhoidectomy, my worst day was day 2 but the pain went down significantly every day. I was up and walking on day 3 and virtually pain-free by day 5. Day 7 I was uncomfortable but I was not in pain. All staff members are very nice and Dr. Miller himself really is concerned and cared about my health. It was lile talking to a trusted family member. No matter what part of the country I moved to, if I ever have any issues, I will be headed back to Austin to see Dr. Miller. He literally gave me my life back.

In early December I was diagnosed with a colon polyp that could be cancerous. We met with Dr Miller in early January and had Low Anterior Resection on 6 February 2023. The surgery was performed at St David Round Rock. I could not be happier with the surgery experience or the results. Dr Miller was descriptive in our initial meeting and was clear that we were approaching the surgery as colon cancer and in addition to the polyp several lymph nodes would be removed. Pre-Op instructions were clear. The day of the surgery St David staff were efficient and friendly. Dr Miller met with me pre op. The surgery was completed in the time and according to what was discussed. Dr Miller met with me the morning after the surgery. I was up and walking shortly after surgery and eating normally. The surgery was Monday afternoon and I was released to go home Wed afternoon. Dr Miller called me each day the first week after surgery to check on my welfare. I could not be happier with my surgery & Dr Miller.

Had no pain or problems with my surgical procedure. Dr . Miller was great. His bedside manner was top notch and he made me feel very comfortable. He took his time and listened to me.

It’s a rarity to find a doctor that is so conscientious and has the patient’s best interest at heart. I had put off my surgery for a long time, because I thought how painful it was going to be. I was so impressed with his pain management in the process of having my Anorectal Surgery. I had no pain, because of the methods he uses! If you’re considering having this procedure, I highly recommend Dr. Andrew Miller!

Dr. Andrew Miller is a first-class professional who provided services that literally changed my lifestyle for the better. He listened carefully to my concerns, patiently answered all my Qs, and reassured me when I was nervous about the medical procedures to be performed. He explained the procedures in non-technical terms that I could easily understand. He is a caring, congenial fellow who seemed to care about me as an individual rather than just another patient to be dealt with. We even engaged in some small talk about mutual literary interests. Medical assistants and office staff were also congenial and helpful. Overall, I was very pleased with the services provided and especially the successful outcome.

I went to see Dr. Miller to discuss various treatment options for hemorrhoids that had been bothering me for years. At our first appointment, I was impressed by Dr. Miller's patience and his ability to explain things in terms that I could easily understand. During that appointment, time was made to thoroughly explain all of my treatment options and each of my concerns were addressed. We decided to have the hemorrhoids surgically removed and to be honest, I was very uneasy about having the procedure done. My fears were unfounded though, the procedure went smoothly and the recovery was actually pretty easy. I am so grateful that I found Dr. Miller - I was impressed not only by his bedside manner but also by his surgical skills. The level of care and service that I received is what all doctors should strive for. Thank you again, Dr. Miller!

Dr. Miller is great! I have been told I was suffering from hemorrhoids for more than 3 months and was wondering why it was so painful, but turns out it wasn’t hemorrhoids at all! Dr. Miller diagnosed me within seconds, prescribed me medicine, and I felt better within a week. I recommend Dr. Miller if you need somebody very experienced and informative. Forever grateful!
