Bureaucratic Nightmare Horrific. I ran out of a medication that I take daily, and Dr. Adams refused to answer my messages in the portal for over a week. Nurses would message me without the option to reply. I spent hours on hold. Dr. Adams has no care in the world because ARC sees thousands of patients. Do not come here or see Dr. Adams unless there is no one else in the city available.
