Dr. Chadha figured out and treated what other physicians struggled to treat effectively. She goes the extra mile to develop the right treatment for each patient.

I've seen Dr. Anu Chadha for three years and am very pleased with her bedside manner, skills, treatment, and her staff. Even in these times of Covid, they are terrific.

I met with her nurse practitioner this week. The NP allowed enough time to answer all my questions and develop a med/treatment plan to discuss with Dr. Anu. i've always found the professional and office staff there (and Dr. Anu) to be highly skilled and a pleasure to work with.

My wife and I moved to Austin from Houston and, over 30 years, were patients of several of the specialist physicians in the Texas Medical Center, so we were used to having access to extremely good doctors.  I have seen Dr. Chadha for my arthritis during the eleven years that we have been here.  She is easily one of the most knowledgable, caring, communicative and competent physicians I have seen anywhere.  She listens, does not assume, and responds.  She IS, however, quite busy, but very much worth the wait if you have serious issues.

Dr. Chada is the BEST!! She listens to my worries and, gives positive & constructive feedback to my auto immune concerns. Dr Chada will give it to you straight but at the same time be compassionate & her bedside manners are Top Notch! It’s difficult getting in for an appointment because she is in such a high demand. She had her nurse call and tell me I had Lupus after my positive ANA. Bus, she was fixated on Sjogrens despite negative blood test. She subjected me to a lip biopsy for Sjogrens and it was negative. She does not appreciate that Lupus is an individual disease and each person will present differently. She let me languish for months talking about mixed connective tissue. Lupus was wreaking havoc on different body systems. I was bouncing from doctor to doctor because different body systems were being set off. It was the height of the pandemic. I told her I had mouth ulcers and she told me to stick a cell phone in my mouth and take a picture. Meanwhile, her notes in my chart were steering other doctors away from lupus and my treatment suffered. Insurance company would not cover based on what she put in my file. I went to another doctor that listened to me the patient and all my symptoms. I was able to get insurance to cover meds that helped me get out bed.

She rushes through my appointments.

Is fibromyalgia one of your diagnoses? Don't bother. Dr. Chadha won't see you. Only two ARC rheumatologists even offer appointments to patients with FMS, even if it isn't your primary diagnosis. The doctors who will see you are both quite young, male, and only work out of ARC's ancillary clinics. Talk about adding insult to injury... Literally.Is fibromyalgia one of your diagnoses? Having scleroderma and lupus for 37+ years, I've seen a lot of doctors. Dr Chadha by far is the most caring, knowledgeable doctor. She is attentive at my appointments, listens to me and asks plenty of questions. When I have to cancel an appt, her office works hard to get me in as quickly as possible.
