My daughter had an ingrown toe nail, they got her in right away, did a very good job, kind and helpful staff! Above and beyond, highly recommend this doctor and his entire team!

I highly recommend this office for those looking for a great Podiatrist office. Staff is friendly and professional at all times. This office seemed like a well oiled machine from scheduling my appointment all the way through the end of my appointment, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and overall you could tell this is a great professional team who actually enjoys what they do. I was seen and treated all in one appointment. Thank you Arbor Foot for the quality health care!

While making an appointment my insurance was verified. Prior to the appointment, I spoke with staff a few times. Additionally, I received texted appointment confirmations. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 a.m. The day of the appointment I called at 8:30 a.m. as I was having trouble finding the office. I was told by Beth that she was in the process of calling me as I needed a referral. I explained that I was never told this despite speaking with staff several times. I told her it was a complete inconvenience as I took off work. She explained I could come in and pay out of pocket etc. She didn't attempt to pretend empathize nor own the mistake and apologize. Considering the time, I doubt she was in the process of calling (30 minutes prior to my appointment!). Basically, I would have driven all the way to the office. Not only wasting time but gas. Annoyed as I took a day off work but REALLY annoyed by the lack of accountability. I'm "on the fence" about rescheduling the appointment as I'm nervous that the Doctor's services will reflect his staff's unprofessional demeanor.

I'm very impressed with my visit with Dr. Prant. He was thorough, possessed great knowledge, and showed that he cared about treating me. I learned valuable information from him and best of all I walked out with much more comfortable feet than I've had in a long time. He really exceeded my expectations, truthfully. I recommend him as the best podiatrist I've ever encountered.

I thought I had broken my foot and called Dr Prant's office as a new patient. Beth the receptionist, was able to get me right in. She was compassionate and wonderful. Dr, Prant took several x-rays with a new cutting edge x-ray machine that looked at my foot from many angles. He was efficient and through. The office is nice and the staff wonderful. I would highly recommend this place!
