Everyone was so nice and caring!

Not what they advertise… I used them in the past and the therapist was great so I chose them again in December I almost died from Sepsis very bad infection I have a catheter and it’s caused huge problems. I unfortunately have no immune system and have to be treated for infections right away and only by IV. After coming home from being away at rehab I set up home health but just as we would get going I would have to be admitted for 7 days in the hospital to get rid of an infection. Accention wanted me to call them before going to the hospital which I did but it was very important that I got started on antibiotics right away because of my condition. Every time I went I was admitted which has been a nightmare for me this last time I was admitted because of my heart I could not breath and my heart waa in high Afib I got admitted and had to be cardioverted along with stress tests. I went to a in patient rehab and then back into the hospital was preparing to go home and start back with Assention but was told because I did not call them first instead of the ambulance as I could not breath and my chest hurt they won’t treat me. The last I checked they are being paid by insurance for the patients benefit not theirs. But when a second could count in life or death they needed a ego phone call first as I needed rushed to the hospital. So much for truly being their for the patient? So before you deside on this company remember you have to call them before 911 but who are you right… lol truly shameless and care only about the massive money they get from insurance.

This is a wonderful Home Health agency. After my mother broke her wrist we had Physical and Occupational Therapy in our home. McKenzie, Audrey and Jeremy were fantastic, comfortable to be around as well as highly skilled and knowledgeable. The scheduling was easy and respectful of our needs. Thank you to all! We highly recommend Ascension at Home.

My rating is for Vanessa Robinson RN. I can sum it up by quoting her words.. "I take care of my patients as I would want my loved ones to be taken care of". And she truly does! I just wish everyone in Health Care viewed their responsibilities this way!

Ascension at home came out for my sister after her fall which resulted in a fractured skull and brain bleeds. They have been AWESOME! The PT, Rhio is just incredible as she works with my sister. Such patience and compassion. I am in awe!

Audrey was great! She helped me work out how to function at home as I recovered from my surgery.

I am very pleased on how I was treated at Ascension Seaton Hospital, everyone was very nice , the drs, nurses and staff , that’s going to be my hospital from now on! And Gladys the At Home physical therapist is very good and thorough , she has helped me a lot and she’s very nice, she diffidently should get a raise!

Had a shunt placed in my head for brain drain. Had my 1st visit by a Physical Therapist named Albina. Albina is the quintessential and consummate professional, excellent service, quite knowledgeable, and a credit to Ascension at Home, I am sure. Enjoyed our time together where she got me walking and exercising ( I was a couch potato ).can not recommended Albina enough !!
