I had a vaginoplasty (MTF Sex Reassignment Surgery) done with Dr. Ashley Deleon in Austin, Texas on Wednesday October 14, 2020. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the experience was. I had my consultation with Crane CTS on June 2, 2020. They were able to get me scheduled within 4 months. As most know, many SRS surgeons are backed up sometimes up to 2+ years. The insurance/authorization process was decent but tedious.It's up to YOU to stay on both Crane CTS & your insurance company to make sure they're communicating and being your own liaison in this process. Dr. Deleon is very nice and detailed and makes sure you know all aspects of surgery during your consultation and pre-op appointments. I'd highly recommend Dr. Deleon for surgery. Between her professionalism, passion & spunk she is a truly amazing surgeon overall.

Dr. Deleon is an amazing surgeon, with a huge heart. She performed my MTF gender confirmation surgery on July 31st, and I've never been so confident in a physician. Her work is amazing, she puts a lot of effort into this surgery, and loves working with the trans community. I'd send anyone to her!
