I honestly can't thank this team enough! Let me start with Dr. Erella - yes, he might come off a little cold at first, but don’t let that fool you. He’s incredibly skilled, caring, and responsive from start to finish. Every question I had (and there were a lot!) was answered quickly and thoroughly. He’s actually pretty funny too - throws in a good joke here and there when you least expect it! I originally wanted to go much bigger, but I’m so glad he didn’t just say “yes” to everything. I'm very petite (85 lbs), and he made it clear that anything beyond what he recommended just wouldn’t be safe. Looking at my results now, almost two months post-op, I couldn’t be happier. He knew exactly what would work for my frame, and I’m SO glad I trusted him. Tammy was amazing - super helpful, responsive, and such a calming presence. I went back and forth a few times, even up to the last minute, thinking I might back out. Tammy was there every step of the way, answering questions, calming my nerves, and encouraging me in the kindest way. The surgery center staff was also phenomenal. The nurses and anesthesiologist were so comforting. I even tried to walk out of the surgery room last minute (lol), but they gently convinced me to stay and made me feel completely safe and cared for. Christine was another gem - she works there and has had the same procedure done herself a couple weeks before me. She was so sweet, supportive, and full of helpful info from her own experience. I really appreciated her insight and honesty! Before finding Dr. Erella, I went to a few other places where they just nodded and said, “Sure, we’ll go as big as you want!” - without any real consideration for my health or proportions. It felt like they just wanted my money. Dr. Erella was the exact opposite. He genuinely cared about what was best for me, and now I see why he stood firm on his recommendation. If you’re looking for a team that’s not only highly skilled but also supportive, honest, and genuinely caring - this is it. I couldn’t have chosen a better team! Will definitely come back to him if I ever need anything else, and will forever recommend him to friends and family! Absolutely 💯 % REAL he listens addresses your concerns and asks detailed in depth questions regarding medical history, confirms medical records and explains each step in detail for my particular situation. Did not try to sell me on any other areas. He will adress what is Most Important to you. He made me feel at ease and gave me peace of mind. Kind, courteous professional, one on one personal service. The ladies were also very kind and seem like they genuinely care.

I’m 6 months post-op from a full tummy tuck procedure and couldn’t be happier with the results. I only wish I would’ve done this sooner. Dr. Erella is incredibly knowledgeable, detail oriented, and skilled. I never had a concern unaddressed. His assistant Tammy is also incredible with walking you through the process. The month following the surgery is tough, especially the first week. However, the results are worth it. I couldn’t recommend Aspira more.

I love Dr Erella and his team! They have so much knowledgeable in plastic surgery for someone like myself that has had an excessive amounts of extra loose skin because of massive weight loss.
