We had our first visit today and it went so well. Everything was explained in detail and we felt super comfortable throughout the appointment. Every person we encountered we so nice! I’m usually really anxious about any kind of medical appointment but they had me feeling relaxed almost immediately.

Tania made me feel so comfortable and heard. I was very nervous having had come in with some bad experiences in the past and she was very understanding. The process was professional and comfortable. Highly recommend 👌

The only reason I gave them a star is because it is required. They are so disorganized for a clinic that is dealing with starting a family it is ridiculous. They asked us to fill out all this paperwork and download an app to fill out more paperwork, texted us multiple times threatening to cancel my MONDAY JULY 31,23 appointment only to call today, while we are dealing with a death in the family, to say the dr does not accept our insurance. Ummmm what??? Then when I’m asking questions with the person who called back, he says I need to talk to someone else..Beverly. I ask why she didn’t call and for him to transfer me. Guess what? Beverly is not available. So now I can’t go to my appointment Monday and the next available appointment for a Dr that does accept Cigna, and who tf does not accept Cigna, is in September. At this point, I’m convinced monkeys would do a better job of running this clinic.

With our first experience at the clinic, Tania was very welcoming and detailed with all our questions. She’s also funny and friendly that really eased my nerves a lot for the appointment. It makes us feel a lot better knowing someone like Tania is going to help us the plan the long journey.

Incredibly kind and compassionate doctors and staff. I'd like to say I've had success with them but we're still waiting. I cannot imagine going through such a difficult journey with another practice (I have worked with other REI doctors in austin). Everything has been well explained and I never feel rushed out when I have questions. Highly recommend!

They called me on July 3 at 4pm to say documents weren't completed in full so they were canceling my appt, the appt I booked 3 MONTHS AGO! Of course they were closed on the 4th so I couldn't find out what was missing. That voice mail would've been helpful in the last 3 months . Oh well...
