I have been a very loyal facial customer of Hannah's for years. Truly the best I have ever had, to the point where I never want to get a facial anywhere else (vacation, etc) because it won't hold a candle to Hannah. She is warm, funny, and brightens my day each time I see her. The rest of the team is also lovely, especially Leah at the front desk. You won't regret spending time here!

Love the AUSTEX Wellness Team! Everyone here is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful! Hannah is a doll! And has helped me in my skincare journey tremendously. Lisa is great! Laurel, and the entire Admin team have been super helpful as well. Any problems I've had with my skin, they have helped me. Finding the right products and figuring out what my skin doesn't like. I would recommend them 10/10 👍🏾🙌🏾

I get a monthly facial and dermaplane at AusTex. Hannah performs my service and she’s amazing! She has a gentle, yet strong, touch and is so knowledgeable. I highly recommend Hannah for your facial care needs. She is the best at her job and an equally impressive person! 🤩

Went here a few weeks ago regarding a sensitive skin issue I had and was seen by Hannah. Not only did I feel rushed through the consultation but I was told that I’d get a treatment recommendation next day, even after following up with them I still have not received that. Gladly will be taking my money elsewhere - this place doesn’t care about helping their clients.

10/10 definitely recommend AUSTEX! After searching for a place in Lakeway to get a facial I decided to give them a try and they did not disappoint. The staff was so friendly and it was super easy to book. Hannah did an amazing facial that left my skin glowing! I will for sure be back for more.

I got a series of facials with the membership, masseter injections and lip filler. All were great and the staff were always friendly! Texting made it easy to stay in communication with them and I was seen quickly every time for my appointments.

The staff is pleasant, friendly, and professional. Lisa is very professional, a wealth of knowledge and very personable! I live out of state and travel to see Lisa and the team for my Procedures! They are the best of the best!
