Hi , I’m Maria E Medina , I’m here now at riverside Austin Emergency Center, I’m the next person to getting in , she told me to wait in my car , but the second lady after me she waiting inside she get the nurse and hep her before me, I m when I asked the girl at the from desk , she was so rude and told me wait in the car, she didn’t tell me why was the reason the lady she got here after me , she going first than me , and again when I asked the girl why , she told me I don’t know , but you have to wait out side in your car, what is the. Deal ????? Is because the lady is white an American ? That’s is not right to treat people like this .

This place certainly deserves more than 5 stars!The whole team was absolutely caring and kind, not to mention how skilled and experienced they are from Dr McCorkle to Drew to Kasey to Lily and last but not least Alejandra who was so kind and sweet.To sum it up once you enter the Austin Emergency Center on Riverside, you are in safe hands.Much love!!

Words can't explain how I appreciate the staff and Dr's at Austin Emergency center on Riverside. I went in on Tuesday with a Severe sore throat I was unable to talk, eat and even to drink water. The staff was amazing, patient, friendly, caring, Compassion and just outstanding. Way better then going to a big ER. I wish I knew the names of all the wonderful people who help me get better. Who took care of me while I stayed a night there. I was so out of it. Huge shout out to AEC IN Austin TX on Riverside you guys are my Angels. THANK YOU

I had to visited this place on the xmas day. Doctors, nurses and all the staff are truly helpful and knowledgeable. They have all the equipments to help your emergency medical needs. Recommend this place to everyone.

I broke my patella yesterday after falling down while hiking at the Greenbelt and after going to two other urgent care centers and being treated poorly by the intake person we ended up here. Right when I arrived they noticed I couldn’t walk and immediately put me in a wheelchair. The intake people were very sweet and got me back quickly. Everyone, the nurse, doctor, CT Tech, and triage nurse were all very sweet, compassionate and took excellent care of me, explaining everything to me, and reassuring me. I couldn’t have asked for better care. I absolutely will go here if I ever have a need to in the future.
