I had a 2:30 appointment at Dell Ascension Austin and they had closed for lunch. Since I had an appointment they were nice enough to test me first and therefore, making to my appointment. I'm so grateful especially to 1 nurse (will remain nameless but your know who you are). Thank you, Thank you, Thank you so much.

Very helpful and friendly medical service for my covid test. They explained everything and the nurse made the swab quick and painless after explaining what she was going to do then explained my discharge instructions.

I haven't had any issues going to AEC for a Covid test to travel, and always recommended them to friends. The staff is always informative and helpful. However, I went on January 7th because I was exposed to someone who tested positive for covid, and I ended up waiting in line for FIVE HOURS! Instead of offering curbside, each car load had to go into the facility to have a full medical history completed and blood pressure done. This was never disclosed by the nurse handing out the paperwork, and it was completely unnecessary. It's now almost a week later and I still don't have my results, after being promised the results in 48-72 hours. Never again.

We brought my son here when he fell on a playground nearby and needed stitches. They were fantastic, very good with a scared 5 year old, and the stitches were beautifully done. Thank you.
