List of Beansprout Pediatrics's Reviews
This is the most wonderful place. I take all four of my children here and they love it as well. We have been seen in person and virtual. Every interaction is welcoming and warm. Dr Temple actually cares about my children and you can hear and see it when they interact. We could not be more thrilled with the level of care, compassion and education we receive from Dr. Temple, I feel extremely lucky to have him as our pediatrician. The nurse staff are also amazing and seem to really love kids. I highly recommend Beansprouts.
Dr Temple is wonderful.
Waiting patiently for well check appointment! We love Dr. Temple and Nurse Jenna!
I have been meaning to write this review for years!Beansprouts Pediatrics is the GOAT in my 13 year old son's words LOLDr Temple is amazing. His nurse is amazing.I honestly don't know how he has the time to reply to my nervous mom messages so quickly. He always works hard to help us and genuinely cares. I always tell him that I know my kids aren't easy but he never makes us feel like he doesn't have time to help. As a nurse myself, I know it is hard to find a good provider that meets all your needs but he does and exceeds them. If you need a new provider, look no further. I know the others in this practice are equally awesome. If you like great service, look no further. If you like a team that is truly there for you, look no further. If you like fun environments, look no further. So happy to have this gem in our lives!
New to the area, had an experience elsewhere that left much to be desired in the realm of professionalism and cleanliness. Received a few recommendation off a Facebook mom group to take my kids to beansprout and I have been so happy and impressed by them-we have seen two different providers (Dr grant and Dr Heck) and they’re amazing, I can’t rave enough about how nice and genuine they both were. They didn’t rush us, they asked good questions and I really felt like they took the care of my children seriously. The establishment was clean, I appreciated their COVID precautions, I was seen right on time both times, they got me in the same day once and the next day the other. I didn’t think I could possibly find a place I loved as much as the place we used to go before we moved, and after our experience at the other place we tried before beansprout I was pretty discouraged-but I’m SO happy to say I like this place as much if not better than our provider where we moved from and I won’t take my kids anywhere else now. Take your kids here, you won’t regret it.
This place is extremely poorly managed. I had many issues with them not filing immunization records properly and not able to fix their online system to update my address from a different state (thus disabling an option to schedule appointments online). They fail to correct these mistakes months after the occurrence. Also, the wait is usually extraordinary long. Several times I waited over an hour for an appointment.
We have been with Beansprouts Pediatrics for almost 5 years now. Our now teens have seen Dr. Grant, Dr. Courtney and Dr. Temple. While it might be difficult to book a last minute visit sometimes, the service you get is totally worth it. Please be mindful that during Covid times, labor is scarce (I have a business and I can tell) and immediate call backs are harder as there are often few staff available to answer an increasing number of calls (due to Covid and other illnesses this summer). All the doctors and nurses, Jenna is the sweetest, are very compassionate and take time to see and talk to your kid. Something rare in the medical profession these days. In addition, there is a messaging system for current patients that works very well in communicating with your doctors. Dr. Brian Temple has been our primary care for the past few years and he great! Always responsive and accommodating. We are very grateful for you guys. Thank you for all that you do!

My 1-year old was diagnosed with RSV and Viral pneumonia by Urgent Care (8/23/21), i began calling BeanSprouts at 9:45am (the urgent line!) and ended up leaving 6 messages for the appointment line and the nurses line. Never received a call back. My husband ended up driving to BeanSprouts to talk to something other then a voicemail. He was literally told that we had not left any messages (??!!!) and that is why we didn't receive a call back. Unprofessional and upsetting, to say the least. We will be looking for another pediatrician. It is impossible to talk to a live person-- it should not be this way with our precious littles.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
