Dr. MacArthur and his super team gave me a new hip! I say I'm bionic now because I feel it! 8+ yrs ago I fell on my hip when I slipped on the ice in my driveway. My life and my weight changed over those years as the pain in the hip area increased. Last January I had the hip replacement surgery. Everything was like a dream world, all the nursing staff and office staff made every step easy and pleasant. Dr Macarthur's protocol was very specific and was communicated clearly on my paperwork which was tied in to the visiting nurses & PT providers who came to start my routine the day after I got home. They were very attentive and professional each time they came, and we had great communication. Dr MacArthur's PT protocol continues and I am so rehabilitated! I can walk up & down multiple flights of stairs and walk on all kinds of surfaces without pain or tiring. Amazing ?? So very grateful and happy that I had the surgery by Dr.MacArtur and his team. Highly recommend!!

I had to wait for almost an hour and a half before receiving my hip injection. And it took like 10 minutes at most to get the shot. The office was not busy, so I think they forgot me in the room. Dr. McArthur is very cordial though and staff is always courteous. I did poke my head out the door and went to restroom - I think that’s when they realized they had forgotten about me. So I was there for almost two hours for a procedure that took ten minutes

Very satisfied with the care provided by Dr. McArthur. He outlined what he saw on radiology, and thoroughly described what my options for care were. Ultimately, he advised and I agree I don’t need to do anything at the moment but he gave me an idea what options I have if my symptoms worsen.
