Their sign up and other systems are easy to use, support team is helpful, space is clean and bright, and the providers are top-notch. The PA we saw called to follow up on test results personally and make sure we had what we needed to care for our little one. She answered all my questions thoroughly. Highly recommend!!

Thanks to easy website scheduling, my son was seen very quickly! Facilities were clean and inviting, my son received appropriate tests and exam. It was a relief to be able to get him in to be seen so quickly.

Quiet location, friendly staff and nurses, and the doctor did a great job of discussing diagnosis, symptoms, and care. We will come back when needed!

All staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating! Fast care for an urgent care place! My only request is that there be better signage outside. It was hard to figure out which were CDC buildings and which was Brave Care. Now I know 😉

Everybody was kind and caring, and treatment was quick! No waiting time (I saved my spot via online wait list). The only complaint I have is that they didn't take my insurance even though it was verified over the phone first.
