Totally dishonest. Staff almost always late. A few keepers, but the vast majority could care less. Was frequently left alone. With no repercussions. Have never seen an itemized statement. DO NOT USE!

90 and blind. My mom has struggled for so many years not knowing that there were other benefits available to her. Staying at Brookdale after this second fall 2 months ago was probably the best thing to happen! They have helped her Enormously and are continually following up and offering help. ALL Staff were Caring, helpful, & respectful. We are Grateful for Brookdale. 🙏💜

We have had a wonderful experience with Brookdale at Home Austin.From our first consultation with Garrick Craft, then working out the details with Jeramie Hieb, and then came Mary Gonzales! Mary is an amazing caregiver and friend to my parents. She is so helpful and kind! A perfect match for my parents. This team from Brookdale has made this journey a very easy transition because of their communication and support.

My mother received care from Brookdale at Home for the past two years as she started her journey home. Mom required quite extensive care and I can’t thank Manager Gerrick Craft and caregiver Renetta Hargrove enough. They were kind and always there when we needed them. Renetta is highly skilled, humble and anticipated our needs and cared for us both with a beautiful grace that was unparalleled. Gerrick listed to our requests and honored them as best he could. They made a difficult time much easier on us both. Thank you.
