List of Care In Homes Austin's Reviews
Our family had an excellent experience with Choice Health at Home while caring for my mother. The entire team was compassionate, professional, and committed to ensuring she received the care and support she needed. A special thank you to Shasa who went above and beyond in coordinating my mother’s care. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, communicated clearly every step of the way, and always made sure my mother was well taken care of. His dedication, responsiveness, and genuine concern for her well-being gave our family tremendous peace of mind. We are truly grateful for the outstanding service provided by Choice Health at Home and highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality home health care.
Good
They sell "leads" of people that don't have the financial resources to pay for home care. Contact information is often incorrect. Many of the "leads" are competitor home care agencies doing competitive pricing research or other companies researching information for clients. They tried to lock me into a 6-month contract when I signed up and I pushed back - so glad that I did because all the leads have been terrible. Excited to be rid of these charlatans when my deposit runs out soon.
the most horrible customer service. We just have had them goin on the background for a few years, mostly because they were a bit inexpensive, but their price went up with NO notice, and we still bore with it... their lead quality decreased by far as the conversation rate for past 1.5 years was 0%, and we asked them and they just sugarcoat with nonsense that they still have the same lead quality; obviously not true from the first hand experience!!! and top it off all with the latest change in their service with NO notice or prior communication, they removed the ability for customer to pause/unpause the service, meaning that you could be sleeping at night or on vacation or holidays, and you come back to see there has been $$$ worth of leads PUSHED on you.. and now you are unhappy for that and request to cancel the services and receive refund on the balance, and they do not refund you.. so technically speaking, a ton of money wasted with ZERO courtesy and customer service.. that AJ guy is a complete fraud.
Lead closure rate is 0%. We use Care in Homes for our Home Health Agency and it is a waste of time. Leads are not verified. We receive wrong numbers, caregivers looking for a job or people inquiring about Medicaid and Medicare services.
This lead generating site is a total sham!!! It is an enormous waste of money to providers and poor resource for those looking for more information about care in the home. The customer service is far from professional and the peppering of calls you will receive after providing your information is a nuisance. They do not verify leads and create a complete hassle of an experience for a provider. I do not recommend this resource for a consumer and strongly suggest steering clear if you are a provider.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
