Care Renewed is the only home health company I will ever use. I cannot imagine anything they could do to improve their service. My grandmother is recovering from a fall that caused a temporary brain injury. We needed more help than I could provide and I was desperate. I found Care Renewed online and the reviews were all excellent so I called and Fritzi was in our kitchen in 2 hours to discuss care and had a caregiver for us the same evening. I finally had a good night sleep! The team that worked around the clock to take care of my grandmother was so warm, lovable and competent. I spent many hours there with them. They took care of everything in her home from laundry, cleaning, bathing to just hanging out and listening to her stories. It's nice to be comfortable with caregivers when they start out strangers and now feel like family. We had a previous experience with a home health company so I was reluctant to hire another. The former sent an aide that was sick and asleep when I stopped by. Thank you so much Ms. Fritzi for the care, attention to detail, hands on management, and the visits you made yourself to check on my grandmother. She is precious to us and you are all the best!

Our mom suddenly needed help & we knew nothing about navigating home care. We tried several agencies and were disappointed or even outraged at the poor treatment she received. Then we found Care Renewed. Their prices & contract were competitive but the caregivers were far superior. Our mom felt safe with them and they treated her as their friend. She needed 24-7 care so it was important to her and to us that she was happy & had someone with her who treated her as a friend. My sister and I visited daily. Once Care Renewed was on board, we quit checking to see if Mom had bruises (yes, it was that bad before Care Renewed!) or if she was clean. We could relax and enjoy our time with our mom. And we enjoyed the caregivers, too. They were all so engaging, thoughtful and bright! Mom was happy so we were happy. I felt like the owners of Care Renewed actually listened to Mom's needs and worked hard to meet them. That was a 1st. All their caregivers seemed to enjoy the company of older people. After trying 7 agencies, we were impressed with the excellent & loving care afforded our mom by Care Renewed Homecare. I can't recommend this agency highly enough. Finding people who held themselves to the standards we held all agencies to was a delight. Finding caregivers that were well trained, attentive to our mom & her changing needs and communicated with her and with us was amazing! I wish that we had employed them sooner! Anyone wanting well trained, caring and attentive caregivers that provide a safe environment & loving care would be well advised to choose Care Renewed Homecare. There's really no comparable agency in Austin in our experience. We've recommended them to friends and they've been as happy as we were. Care Renewed Homecare is the best in Austin. We used a couple of different providers for my mom and it was a nightmare: caregivers not showing up or just not caring. Once we switched to Care Renewed, everything changed. Not only did caregivers show up, they were knowledgeable, caring and interacted with mom. I was able to sleep at night and even go on vacation. I highly recommend Care Renewed Homecare.

My parents have been in Maravilla Independent living for a few years now, as F is living w/Alzheimer’s progression & mom’s hip replacement surg, a few challenges have come our way to say the least!! Fritzi was Highly recommended & her organization (& many RE-organizations to fit our schedule) have been a godsend fitting into our lives. Fritzi introduced us to our 1st career Ruth and she was a miracle worker w/F from the start (& guiding us, too!!). She completely reorganized the apartment & arranged it safely for fall risks etc and gave us innumerable helpful tips. I want her full time w/me! She’s so great w/redirecting & consoling all of his fears, questions & frustrations of missing mom for their first time apart. His coping w/out her has been hell & evenings/nights soo confusing where she is etc; techniques we’ve desperately needed for a long time how to handle a lot of situations. It’s wonderful having professionals around helping us all. We have more challenges ahead for sure, but knowing Fritzi & her 5 star team are on our side & already irreplaceable; the overwhelming anxiety about their care needs has for sure lessened.

Fritzi was referred to me by a friend who had a good experience using Care Renewed Home Care. Fritzi and Tina are very responsive and thorough. The caregivers they sent while my family member was recovering from a hospital stay were all excellent. They were personable and caring and really made things easier for all of us.
