We had a unique situation where CareCo exceeded expectations. We needed a caregiver in a different city from where we live for our son’s wedding. My mom has Parkinson’s and Lewy Body Dementia. They found a kind, patient & experienced care giver in Parkinson’s & Lewy Body Dementia that handled various challenging situations with my mom over the course of two days. Per our request our caregiver even brought a change of clothes to blend in each night, one for the rehearsal and one for the actual wedding. She also drove my mom and dad to the wedding venue. CareCo went above and beyond for us so that my mom could participate in this very special event. We would highly recommend them.

Joey Phillips was able to promptly provide us with Valerie for 2 hours a day. She is fantastic and we already depend on her and she delivers. Joey is always ready to answer questions and stay on top of what is needed.

I've had a great experience with CareCo South Austin. Joey, the owner, and Maria, the caretaker, have both been absolutely wonderful to work with. From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, personable, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. One thing that really stood out was their flexibility with scheduling. They were always accommodating and willing to work with our needs, which made a huge difference and took a lot of stress out of the process. Maria is compassionate, attentive, and consistently goes above and beyond in her care, while Joey brings a personal touch that makes you feel valued and supported. It’s rare to find a team that combines professionalism with such genuine warmth and compassion. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality care and an exceptional overall experience.

Can’t say enough good things about Joey and his team here in South Austin! Joey is one of the few owners who picks up the phone every time someone calls and if he’s not available immediately by phone, he texts right away. From the get go, everyone was very friendly and established a lot of trust which is very important in this line of business. We were matched up with a wonderful woman named Maria who we absolutely adore and she’s been incredibly helpful and brought so much joy to our home both in the care of loved ones and simply being an overall wonderful person. I highly recommend Joey and his care coach team for any at home senior care in the Austin area.
