Did online appt and didn’t wait 5 min to see doctor. Perfect care.

Check in and online registration was easy. “Doctor” seen was a negative. Med tech did more work than the actual doctor. Doc asked whats going, explained issues, was told that I should just go to ER. No checking of eyes, ears, throat, etc basic medical checks… just a quick chat and out the door i went with a “referral” to the ER. I didnt think it was vertigo, but Im also NOT the doctor, so maybe that should have been her job to determine. Facility doesnt have labs or equipment like other “Urgent” care center in the area. Wasted time & COPAY.

Came in to get treated for something. When I told the doc I was allergic to one medication, they had to Google what other medications I could take. Surprise surprise, I don’t get better. I go to another clinic 3 weeks later only to be told that what I was given was not the appropriate treatment at all and was surprised they even suggested it. The medical staff here are incompetent. Webmd can probably give you more accurate information.
