List of Carenow Urgent Care's Reviews
The guy at the front desk was incredibly rude and condescending. I tried to utilize the register online feature, and headed into the clinic. When I arrived he said it would be over an hour wait. Which was fine. I get it. When I was trying to get the details as to how the register online process worked he rolled his eyes and gave me 1 word answers, leaving me to clarify my own questions. I left and went to a different urgent care.
Absolutely terrible experience. They wouldn't see my daughter without us paying $200, even though that's not the listed copay on my insurance card. They told us they'd be happy to refund us and we could leave if we were unhappy. We did just that.
This was the worst experience we've had medically ever. Do not come to this clinic. My boyfriend and I went in on Sunday morning, as we both had had food poisoning that night. To add to our case we had been crying all weekend as we had just lost our dog tragically that Friday. We were both severely dehydrated, though my boyfriend's case was WAY worse than mine. He was trapped in an endless vomiting cycle, had diarrhea, a headache, and cold sweats while coming in and out of consciousness. I looked at the Fastmed website and it CLEARLY says they can treat DEHRYDRATION, so I decided to take us there in hopes we could at least get an IV to help with our dehydration (especially since my boyfriend could not retain anything he ate or drank (even water)). The clinic was empty, we were the only ones there. I paid the copay for BOTH of us to get treatment, yet I was never treated. I didn't even get so much as a bottle of water, I had to ask for it twice. I told the nurse we needed to get my boyfriend an IV and she agreed, but she said "I don't even know if we do IVs here". WHAT DO YOU MEANT YOU DON'T KNOW? The website clearly says you can help with dehydration, and I've been to urgent care before. That is a basic offering. She finally found an IV and proceeded to poke my bf multiple times in multiple places and MISS the vein COMPLETELY every single time (the ER nurse told us later that day). My bf was getting frustrated from the repeated pain and still unable to stop vomiting so he asked for an ambulance, to which the nurse said "Yeah, you need to go the ER" and laughed. In the meantime, my bf even pooped his pants, unable to contain it (he allowed me to share this info btw). We ended up spending MORE money at the ER for literally what she should've been able to do in the first place, and spent 6 hours there on Sunday because of this woman's incompetence. When we got to the ER, they gave him some meds and an IV and he was much better afterwards, compared to his cries for help at this clinic that were completely ignored and laughed at. If copays were refundable, I would absolutely pursue it because we didn't receive ANY care while at Fastmed in Mueller. AT. ALL. and frankly idk how this woman is even allowed to practice.
Awful experience. Do not go here. I came in for severe vomiting and stomach pain and honestly I would have been better off suffering at home. I was the only one there and it still took 15 minutes to bring me back, another 15 to get my vitals, and another 20 before the NP came into the room to take a look, all while I was in excruciating pain. The nurse spent 3 minutes total listening to my stomach before prescribing me Zofran. When I asked about getting an IV she said “well we close in 10 minutes”. I was honestly shocked and mind you it had now been over an hour since I had arrived at the clinic. You can get better medical care literally anywhere else.

Good.
Came here for a sinus infection - took about an hour before I could get into a room and then once in the room about another 45 mins to one hour. Nothing about this is “fast” I think maybe one doctor and one person working the desk was the extent of the staffing.
Excellent service. From the man at the front desk, to the MA to the DR. I would not hesitate coming back to this location. Everyone was friendly, the dr wasn’t judging or pushy. She was straight to the point and educational. The man at front checked me in promptly. Answered insurance questions. The MA was very helpful as well.
I had an every bad experience at this clinic. The office staff were very unkind and unaware of their position. I went in for DOT test on 8/4/2023 I was told that the laboratory didn’t receive my submission. Then I had to go back to this clinic to ask them what happened. Asked to speak to a manager no one was in , I was also told that the tech who helped me the first time would be out for a week so he couldn’t sign off on my paperwork which he should’ve did that the first time . Spoke to the office manager and waited another hour and she said that she would handle my concern and I currently haven’t heard anything yet. This clinic is very unprofessional and I lost a day of work.
We have gone here numerous times and have had a great experience. However, I recently went to pull my son's test results from a prior visit in Aug '21 and they have completely disappeared from the system along with his visit. I have requested an update on the results and his medical information, but nothing has happened.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
