I was not informed that we would not be able to get a full diagnosis of what my wife was in pain. The facility doesn’t have any way of scanning or checking future in a patient. We paid only to find out what we know. Abdominal pain. We had to go to the emergency room.

The doctor was okay- I felt like the physical examination was good but he explained that if I wanted to be seen for a virus or a cold that I shouldn’t go to the facility cause they can’t test for them. So there was no way of knowing if I had a cold or not and they just sent me on my way. The X-ray man was wonderful- he was very respectful and helpful.

Reregistered and did all my paperwork. Got a text saying to come in as they were ready and waited 40 minutes to do a pre employment drug test. If you are telling me to come in as you are ready then why I’m I waiting that long? Took my whole lunch break….smh. That’s the slowest service ever!!

Terrible front desk! I booked an appointment online. The front desk called me that they wanted to move my appointment from other clinic to here (website booking system issue). I want to been seen faster since I already had an appointment. The front desk said that my appointment is not at their clinic, so I had to wait in the line as a walk-in at the clinic. When I step in the clinic, the front desk said: “ Since you are rude on the phone, I am gonna be rude to you now!” Unbelievable!!!!!!!! In front of my face! BTW, I am happy with my treatment. The doctor and other medical staff are well educated, High experienced.
