Staff - doctor and nurse were OUTSTANDING. The doctor diagnosed a mysterious problem with excellent results. Thank you!!

Staff was kind, waiting room is spacious, and the wait on a Saturday was only about an hour. I will come here again, if I need an urgent care.

Needed a doctor's note for being out of work. My regular office was booked tight. Called and CareNow saw me right away.

Very friendly staff, felt comfortable the whole time

I pre-registered, but still had a lengthy wait. After meeting my MA, getting vitals, and updating medications, we were told the Dr. would be in shortly. A short 30 mins later 😐, we meet Dr. Killpack. Very nice man. He manipulated my shoulder, which did not go well for me, but gave him something to go on, but subsequently caused me to vomit. All was well, since he found an emesis bag just in time. Thank you, Doctor, and I am so sorry! X-rays went off with out a hitch, and turns out I AM broken. Referral sent out, sling placed, and we were off to pick up meds. The next day, I called the orthopedic surgeon’s office to make an appointment, and they couldn’t figure out how to do my insurance, so they said they would call me back when they figured it out. They never did, so I called back 3 hours later, I was told the same. YOUR receptionist called me to check on me, see how I was feeling, and to see if I had been able to make an appointment with the ortho. I told what was happening, and she told me to please hold, that she was going to try and see what she could do. She came back on the line and said they told her that they were working on it, and that they had already told me that they would call me back. Your AWESOME receptionist told me if I didn’t hear back from them, to call them back in the am, and if still nothing, she would take care of it and find me a new doctor. So, besides the long waits, the staff is wonderful. I wish I had names for the three staff members that helped me, but BRAVO 😊

This facility and its practitioners do not meet basic standard of care expectations. I reported for review and was even disappointed in how that was managed and processed. I would NOT recommend stepping foot in here in a time of need as you will receive inconsistent care, and a lack of continuity with care providers. NEVER EVER EVER GO HERE.

I’m from out of town and I was giving the best care possible from the First representative very polite with a genuine smile the tech that takes your blood pressure temperature very professional. Doctor Kaitlin Watson check my symptoms and pressure my medication and answered all question gave me an explanation on Otitis Media ear infection. All in one hour . Care Now Urgent Care get a 10 in my books 📚

Feel like I wasted my money. The young lady that helped me was short with me, talked fast, and didn’t give direct answers to my questions. I understand a lot of people come in with the same symptoms but that doesn’t mean you should push people out the door.
