What is the point of the online waiting system if "its your turn" and you show up and still have to wait an hour? Also, if you get overcharged there is absolutely no one to talk to. Go somewhere else.

The staff at the Barton Springs CareNow is amazing! Hope and Cybil took care of my toe nail avulsion on a Friday night after a misstep at Barton Springs Pool. I’m so grateful for their attentive, helpful, and quick care that got me in and out pretty pain free!

Came here on 9/9, timely and caring service from the medical staff but be careful of the front desk staff. This company accepts Cigna yet I was overcharged $151!!! My out of pocket should have been $40 yet they charged me $191 as 20%. When I asked about the total, the lady said it was $1000. I was then told to callback 3 to 5 days for an itemized invoice. Only after calling the billing department was I informed of the overpayment. Would I have proactively received a refund had I not called? Estimated 30-45 days for a mailed check

The staff was super friendly and NP was listened and talked about my options to whether or not beneficial for other X-rays, not just immediately wanting to charge my insurance for a la carte
